Denny's — Restaurant in Liberty Township

We had a wonderful late dinner this evening! There were 12 in our party. We called about a half hour in advance and requested the back room so we could sit together comfortably and socialize. Not only did the manager tell us it was available, but it was already set up with placemats and utensils for us! We had 4 who are on gluten-free diets and they were surprised and ecstatic when our waitress offered to substitute the bread for their orders with gluten-free English muffins! They were disappointed a while back when we learned they were no longer on the menu so they were definitely welcomed back by my family with no hesitation! I don’t recall our waitress’s name, but she was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure all our requests were fulfilled (gluten-free, other substitutions, drink refills, extra napkins, etc.). The manager was genuinely caring as well. He even came to check on us a couple of times to make sure all was well. I think his name was Damien. Our food was fantastic! Portions were huge! My burger was juicy and delicious! Everybody left with full bellies! The waitress and the manager both thanked us. You can tell that they not only appreciated our business, but strived to provide us with a superb dining experience. Well they definitely succeeded! We will be back-SOON!...

No one Answered the phone the first three times I called to place my order. finally when I did get my order placed I was very clear and repeated my order and had it repeated back to me. Of course it was wrong when I received it the bacon I paid for those non-existent on the bacon cheeseburger the regular cheeseburger that was supposed to be ketchup mustard pickles only had everything and was completely burnt my chicken sandwich was correct however cooked into it with a dry powder of a chicken. There was literally 12 french fries and on the other order the onion rings totalled 5. Honestly, who's buying this food? No one should be.the service was indifferent, the back of the house was heard cussing s hacking cough and bickering, there was a complete disregard for the customers. The restaurant was old feeling and filthy, there was no direction or management seen the 30 min extra I waited after the 20 min I was told it would be. Overall I would never, and I live 5 min away ever order here again, I gave them a second chance having the same issues prior and look what it got me, cold food prepared wrong, minimal sides long wait and sub par service. For my money I should have eaten frozen burritos at least then I would feel comfortable as to how it was cooked and would have fed my...

This place was awful. The pictures vs actual food was a joke. My son ordered the salmon which has 2 sides. He wanted mixed vegetables, but was told they only have broccoli so he chose corn and mixed fruit and his sides. It's on the menu for sides. It was $16 for a joke of a piece of fish and the whole thing looked awful. Then the bill came. An extra .99c for the mixed fruit. Seriously? I got pretty irritated with the whole thing and said something about it and the extra charge, and she said the menu says it's an upcharge, I'm sorry but the waitress could have said just FYI there's an additional charge in case you didn't notice, but she didn't, didn't write anything down, just memorized it? Needless to say it was disappointing. Then it's 10:30pm and they come to the table and say sorry we're not trying to rush you but we're closing at 11 since we don't have a cook. What? 24hr Denney's and no cook? No cross training with these people? The cashier was more understanding and comped the meals but that wasn't what I was trying to accomplish, but okay, nearly $30 for what we ordered was a bit much anyway so thanks for the dinner but y'all need to do better.
