Draft Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Liberty Township

We went in today after a football game to start things off we called in advance to reserve a table and the girl we spoke to said that was fine she would write our name down when we got there no one had any idea what we were talking about .Took us a few minutes but we got our table there were 3 families with us they did not require us to wear a mask they were not wearing mask no one in there was wearing a mask , took 20 minutes to get drinks I ended up going up to the register to get a refill because our waitress disappeared. Once you finally came back out she took our orders of Course 50% those came out wrong. Took another 10 minutes to get her attention to come back to our table she was too busy up at the bar chatting with the bust boy while those 2 were sharing a vape And a draft. An hour and 40 minutes after we walked through the doors we finally got our bill And it was as messed up as the food orders. They tried to charge one of us $10 more for a wrap then what the actual menu price was And the waitress actually had the nerve to sit there and argue about it when we had the menu sitting right in front of us. They Wasn't that busy I don't understand what the issue was .but unless you have a lot of patience I would avoid this place at all cost. Long wait for everything and no refills ill give the food a 3 customer service is a 0. I dont see this place...

I stopped in here to play in a pinball tournament they were holding. That was kind of a disaster but thats not why I would give them a 1 star review. My wife and I opened a tab using a credit card at the bar had 2 drinks from the bar then proceed sit at a table where we ordered some appetizers and another couple drinks. When the waitress brought our bill of $35.38 I gave her a $50 bill for the tab and told her she could keep the change. All good until 2 days later I see my card has also been charged charged for $35.38. I called and spoke to the manager about the mistake. He gave me some semi-reasonable excuses of what could have happened but told me he would have to look into it and call me back. I never heard from him again. So I went to my CC company to dispute, which is still ongoing. Draft bar is requesting the chargeback be reversed due to "no complaints were made during the service". The bill was correct, the food didnt deserve complaints, I just dont like being ripped off. Almost everywhere you go requires you to give them a credit card to start a tab. For the past 25 years 99% of the time I still pay my bill with cash. Never until now have I had a bar/restuarant take my cash and still charge my card. Wanted to try a new place so the family tried this place out. We used DoorDash, but this is not a failing of our dasher.

“To die for chicken parm” the worst attempt at chicken Parmesan I’ve ever tried, and it’s wasn’t advertised as a sandwich but came on bread? Also didn’t even get the side salad we paid extra for. My 6 year old could of made it better with his pladough set.

Chicken quesadilla tasted like someone grilled a rubber chicken. let it dry out for a few days and then covered it with tortillas made during the Alamo

Cheeseburger and grilled cheese- the kids didn’t complain, but a six year old and 15 month old don’t have refined palette in the first place.

All of the food was cold by the time we got it but since the dasher has to wait almost 30 minutes to get the food, they can’t be blamed.

I hope the owner can take this as criticism, we would love to try this place again at some point. If you learn to cook...
