Classy Chocolate — Restaurant in Liberty

Don't come here for anything wedding related. I came in just to explore my options (I'm just over a year and half away from my big day so plenty of time). She showed me a book of wedding cakes where half looked like a child made them and the other half looked photoshopped. Very pushy about me booking her because she was already booked up heavy for the winter months. Um, I don't think you're that busy for a small wedding cake for late 2024 while we're in 2023. I had a few ideas about what I'd like my cake to look like (I'm non-traditional) and it's nothing complex. But her response to the images I showed her was "I can't do that", "I won't do that", "I've never done that before". While I admire you saying so, the pictures you showed me had a lot of the things my images had, which makes me doubt your integrity. The other thing that bugged me is she talked about using a pink frosting to seperate the two tiers of cake which were to be blue. Pink and blue don't exactly work and will look weird when you cut into the cake. I just felt ignored and what I had compiled together was garbage because she supposedly knew...

Classy Chocolate makes cakes so amazing that our wedding guests actually ate the small cake-topper my wife and I would have saved for our anniversary!

Think about that. They're that good!!

It's a tiny little place, blink and you'll miss it, open your window and you might be lucky enough to smell the goodness, but don't miss it. Open the door and the mother daughter team will fill your every chocolate need. From a variety of nut clusters, to s'mores, chocolate covered pretzels, or white chocolate covered marshmallows, or the assorted cookies, my mom, wife, or anyone else I've bought for really enjoys classy chocolate...

The reason I really like them, they always have the standbys, but almost every time I go, they've thrown a twist on chocolate, today was a chocolate covered pretzel with ground mixed nuts and crushed...
