Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty

Just moved back to town and have ordered several times from this location and I gotta say.... y'all need practice on that crust lock. The pizzas also usually have bubbles in them which pushes the toppings around on the pizza. In the pic I included you can see how the cheese and toppings have been pushed more towards the center of the pizza. The slices were about 1/3 crust or bubbles and 2/3 toppings, sauce, and cheese when the cutest is supposed to be like an inch and even around the whole pizza. Very disappointed because I also used to work at this location several years ago along with the Westport location and they were on it about the pizzas looking better than this. I tried placing an order online using the promo code gochiefs but it was not working so I called the store. I was told that coupon was having an issue so I placed my order over the phone. I wanted to redeem my rewards but was told I can't over the phone and to call corporate. I asked how long that process would take and was told by the gm (who was rude) she had no idea. Good customer service would be to just offer me the free breadsticks you can see that I had 3 available from all my purchases. Went to the store to get my order which totaled 70. They claimed they didn’t have enough money to break my 100 and refused it ( we have called corporate). We left the pizza and walked out leaving them to waste a big order and us scrambling to order elsewhere. The store was covered in flour including the front counter so it’s probably better anyhow. The customer service was subpar and the employees need more training for sure. I’m not sure what the bigger problem is the poor customer service, flour all over non food areas, or the fact they didn’t have 30.00 in the register. Stay away and go to another...
