I would rather be honest and give good feedback whether it is negative or positive I will start with the taco burger. The meat tasted like corn, beef, hash, and also has the texture shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, taco sauce, packets. did not make the sandwich any better 2/10

French fries are soggy and unseasoned 1/10

The double Texas burger is disgusting you would think something so simple as a double cheeseburger with bacon would be easy to make too much mustard too much lettuce too many onions the patties taste like mystery meat, and deer ankles The bacon is not even real bacon its turkey bacon🤮 🙅‍♂️ I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering this burger or any burger.1/10

The chilly Willy slushy is also disgusting Taste water down taste like leftover mop water has a little to no flavor 1/10

Chili cheese fries are not chili cheese fries more like taco fries the same meat that they put in your taco burger is the same meat that they put in your chili cheese fries soggy fries too much cheese and too much meat. It’s like a volcano irrupt in the container. 1/10

I Am not a bot, but a real person who’s eaten here many times (I work at Amazon, which is close to this spot) the brand-new Texas Tom’s on 291 Hwy in Liberty and was taken care of by Fadel, a great guy who is busy (because the lines 😂🙄… I wonder why) are long and the food is perfectly fried!) . He greeted me with a genuine smile, walked me through the menu without rushing, and nailed a couple of spot-on suggestions. My order came out hot, accurate, and fast. Fadel checked in just enough to be helpful without hovering, and you can tell he takes pride in making sure people leave happy. That kind of great food and hospitality is what keeps folks coming back. This location is doing it right: fresh off the fryer/grill, generous portions, and that classic Texas Tom’s mix of burgers, tacos, fried chicken, catfish, and more.

Late hours are a huge win for Liberty (and because the people running the place are genuinely great workers!), too—perfect for a post-game bite or end-of-shift refuel. For a new franchise, they’re already operating like a seasoned team, and Fadel is a big reason why.

If you’re on 291, swing in and ask for Fadel. He’ll take great care of you. Five stars all day.

My co-workers and I ordered take out for lunch today from Texas Tom’s. They ordered fried seafood (which I sampled and was great) and I ordered a plain cheeseburger. I’ve never thrown a burger away after eating 1 bite before until today. The patty was thin, small, and tasteless. Bun was oversized and the cheese was on half the burger and other half on the bun.
