Not having eaten Arby's in years I decided to Google near me for one, this came up, I read the reviews and although they mentioned incorrect orders I figured I'd give it a shot. I ordered a combo meal - Beef & Cheddar sandwich with fries and a Sprite, I was informed no Sprite only Sierra Mist, I said no problem. Also ordered a second Beef and Cheddar sandwich with the combo, pull up to the window and pay $13.? - was courteous to the staff the whole time as were they basically, drove off and a few miles away sipped my drink and realized it's a Coke - "Oh well" I thought.
Get to my friend's house and ready to dig into the cheesy meat sandwich - "wait - what" ,... no cheese at all whatsoever on the first sandwich just dry meat, figured for the love of God the second sandwich would have the cheese (implied by it's name "The Beef And Cheddar") - but alas, zero, zilch, none nada, no cheese - great disappointment, also feel ripped off as the regular sandwich is at least a dollar fifty less per sandwich - they weren't busy, one car left the window as I pulled up, one car pulled behind to order as I was served whatever they felt like putting in the bag, and not what the polite customer asked and payed for - btw - my order was repeated to me verbatim.
I will not return and most definitely will not recommended, aside from being ripped off at the drive through - the fries were dark dark brown, old unchanged oil, tasted burnt, nothing like the picture above.
As another review said he gets charged more at the drive through window than inside, I feel this is a scam by thieving staff who substitute cheaper menu items to customers who won't discover the bait and switch until miles away as opposed to a customer in the building - then they or their friends can pay for a cheaper regular meat only sandwich later and have a free cheese upgrade that the drive through customers paid for.
Disgraceful...

What is the downside about this Arby's is the way they will ask you to pull away from the window literally EVERY TIME you are there. It does not matter what time of day or whether you have someone behind you or not (tonight there was no one else but my car in the line).
They do a tremendous amount of trying to beat their timer system to appear as though they are completing your order very quickly. After years of this happening, I finally said "There is no one behind me." - and without argument, the teller nodded and did not make me move. Previously, it was always "_ takes a while to get started". Well, we stopped ordering ___. It still happens.
People at the window are not supposed to do this. These restaurants have a timer measuring how long someone is waiting at the window and the people on duty have their performance graded based on this. When they ask you to pull forward, they are essentially tricking the system into thinking they served the customer to bring their average serve time lower.
That being said - while I love the food, I don't appreciate having to wait 15 minutes when no one is behind me and my order is nothing more than...
Read moreAakk I wasn't too empressed... I'm not a big meat eater...I tend to live a healthier life style but every now & again I enjoy a nice sandwich or a piece of meat. Sooo Arby's had been running their commercials you know "We Have The Meat" so I went to get "the meat" I ordered a Rubin Sandwich... I truly never expect the sandwich to look like the sandwich on the commercial, thats just marketing...everything is perfect on TV. But I did expect the meat on my sandwich to be big enough that it reached the corners of the bread. I did not eat the sandwich there I purchased it and brought it home. It was just round meat in the center of the bread...slopped together with the rest of everthing...I was better off going to McDonald's or Burger King...but I dont eat that stuff...so now I know...yha they have the meats...just not on my sandwich....I dont eat that stuff much...but if it was good I would have gone back. Now I wont waste my time or money. Too bad...Arby's you saved my...
