Just came through tonight (drive thru) & experienced the worst customer service ever! Very rude, horrible attitude from the lady at the window. They got my order wrong so I had to pull back around to get it fixed. The same cashier that was rude with an attitude had the AUDACITY to ask me and I quote “what do you want us to do wipe it off?” I told her “no, I want it remade plain since that’s what I ordered”. So then the cook comes from the back to tell me to stop at the speaker next time if I need something fixed. She had on no kind of headset. How about you correct this cashier’s order taking skills and customer service skills instead of trying to correct me. I’m highly disgusted with the service I received tonight. Also the lobby was closed at 8:30 pm so the line was wrapped around the building as we also witnessed several people try to enter the building but the door was locked. There was a lady that walked up to the window from being parked and got ignored. My husband didn’t receive a fork for his coleslaw & my side fry was skimpy too. We had to pretty much beg for utensils & napkins! The cashier was also on her phone. She was a heavy set black woman/girl with a wig on if you need a description that’s it. She showed it to the cashier and then he started laughing and turned around and started laughing with the other people making the food. Why are you laughing she asked. Because clearly they were all laughing at her and for what reason? None of them answered her and just did their own thing. So if they really weren't laughing at her, they would have apologized and explain that they were not laughing at her. Oh mind you yes she does speak English and finished her college degree mind you. So because she showed you her screen to make sure she doesn't get my order wrong you made assumptions about her? Is it right for the whole staff to laugh at her? What terrible people. Read moreI decided to give this location another try. We use to go here regularly, but our last several visits have been disappointing. Tonight’s visit will be our last. I waited at the drive thru 10 minutes before anyone said welcome to Captain Ds, with only I car ahead of me. The car behind me gave up and parked and went inside. I gave my order, pulled up to the window paid and sat there for 15 minutes. I told the girl you shouldn’t leave someone sitting waiting to order for 10 minutes at least say we will be with you in a minute. Im sure we did but they didn’t. After 5 more minutes I was told to pull up, I said for for how long, she said at least 4 more minutes.I pulled up and walked in and waited 7 more minutes before they handed me my food. If your keeping track that’s 27 minutes to get my food not including the 10 minutes I waited to have my order taken. With only 1car ahead of me for 2 kids meals. When I expressed my concerns about the slowness of the service, she mumbled about trying to train people. I get that new people have to learn but there’s no excuse in taking that long.
