These workers have the nastiest demeanor; top-notch supervision, a must, or a whole new crew !! Every time I view this location, the rating are dwindling & I absolutely know why, so why can't they ❓️ Nevertheless, I go straight to corporate, let them handle their internal problems. I just came for a simple cup of coffee & quick bite to eat, not the unprofessional & classless attitude; because they hear but don't listen, then you're repeating yourself 2,3 X's, which I didn't make an issue of, however, the childish behavior comes when having to be told something, which was not made correctly, all the back talk is completely unnecessary.........SMH, HOT Mess !
Update..... Spoke with Christopher, from corporate office. As I mentioned to him, Starbucks is practicing, to apologize profusely, however, it's best if they just address & correct the ongoing issues with their staff, then, they'll be no need to have to keep apologizing !
I asked for raw sugar, she gave splendor. I asked for the bagel, 'toasted well', but had to emphasize not "burnt". As, when outside the norm, they seem to have visible issues with the order. In addition, I paid for two "2", cream cheese, they only put one. Thank goodness I didn't leave, to have to spend more time returning to get what I paid for.
Their on 100 (but, fast movement doesn't mean efficiency nor effectiveness, they ask the same questions over & over, as tho it doesn't compute & are too darn sassy, as though that's the norm now & Items are usually missing or prepared incorrectly. In addition, too much horse-playing & talking about customers, as they are right in front of them, present @ that time. Lastly, just for a cup of coffee & a pastry, wait time is averaging 20 min +
So, hopefully by taking this time to share today with the hierarchies (in-store mgmt & area manager) they will rectify these matters, promptly, so customers won't need to. For, this is time out of my schedule, never...
Read moreI had to search and figure out which location I visited a couple of weeks ago to write this review so I hope that also attests to how genuinely moved I was by this staff.
But long story short, I was supposed to be back home with my two young daughters in NC 2 days ago. On my way back home traveling back from seeing my best friend, one of my brand new tires I had gotten installed on my truck blew out on me just outside of Atlanta.
I was pretty exhausted, especially since I was traveling solo with my girls.
This was an 8 hour road trip but a special one. As my 4 year old had just tested into kindergarten a year early and her open house was that same week. We had a lot to celebrate but more importantly, needed to get back home.
After a long, drawn out challenge of trying to locate a shop with a tire and staying yet another night, I was able to get the tire replaced but by the evening… which meant I would be on the road late into the night. So I knew I needed to stop for a strong coffee especially after a stressful sleepless night.
The entire staff was so friendly to me and my girls. I hate that it took me awhile to write this because I cannot remember the spelling of their name in particular but I believe it was Shadwa? This person really really went out of their way to be a friendly warm energy to us. I cannot emphasis enough how the engagement between us really made my day. I literally got in my truck and called my husband to tell him about it before gassing up the truck and heading home. The entire staff just reminded me that there was still good in the universe, even after a sucky day.
I hope this location does everything to retain these employees. This is what keeps your business running. Genuine...
Read moreHonestly am disappointed with the treatment/service I received today. I tend to go to the Starbucks on Satellite Blvd and have no issues with the employees there or with any other location in general. I was meeting my boyfriend for a study date and went inside to get a drink. I usually get a venti ice water with strawberry puree, 2 pumps of vanilla, and 1-2 salt packets mixed inside it. My order usually comes out to around $1.80-$2 no matter which location I go to. Victoria took my order and was standoffish from the start. When I told her my order, she said she would need to ring it up as a custom made tea drink which made it come up around $5-6. How is my drink getting run up as a tea drink when it's water?
I had no issue with paying, but I did not like how she went about explaining the price and reasoning behind the item when I asked about it. She kept emphasizing that that's how they were trained to ring up the drink and that if I had an issue I could go up to the two managers sitting in the back to talk to them about it. The thing is that my boyfriend ordered the same drink from a different barista and was charged around $1.80. I didn't appreciate the attitude or how she approach me when speaking to me. I ended up ordering one of the pastries instead of my drink. She didn't greet me or ask if I needed a receipt at the end of my order.
I get that each location may do things differently, but I think this location needs to train some of their employees more on customer service, positive attitudes, and their delivery with informing customers about drinks. It seems like some of the staff don't even enjoy being there and hate their jobs. The energy they bring...
