Five Guys — Restaurant in Lima

Olivia, a smiling, friendly, young worker, greeted us from behind the cash register. She made us feel welcome and didn’t rush us to place our orders. (She reminded me of my niece).😁 She attended to the dining room & and took orders. The other workers all seemed in charge of 1 station, which worked out nicely. 1 was in charge of the griddle, 1 in charge of the toppings, 1 for fries, etc. The pop machines are the cool ones where you can mix the different flavorings with lots of different base drinks, so that was fun. There's free salted peanuts (in shells) too. We didn't wait too long before they called our number. The sandwiches were stickered with a number, so you knew which sandwich it was according to the numbers on the receipt. The food was very delicious, hot & fresh. There were only hard, wooden tables/chairs to sit at, some bar height too, but no comfortable booths. Also, there should be coupons or a rewards program via the app. (Ex: Buy 10 burgers, get 11th free. Or, buy $100 worth, get $10 off next order). And, a free item on your birthday (maybe a few weeks to use it). That would be nice. We'll be...

I am a big fan of Lima's Five Guys Restaurant on Elida Rd. The burgers and fries are the best around in my opinion. Everything is made fresh by the Five Guys team. Patrons can enjoy peanuts in the shell while they wait on their food if one desires. The team has your food ready promptly and the establishment is very clean. I want to give a special shout out to Olivia who has been our hostess/cashier several times. She always has a lovely smile and is so friendly when taking one's order. It is refreshing to visit a fast food establishment that has superior food,, prompt, friendly service from the cooks, and a pleasant smiling hostess/cashier who makes a customer feel appreciated and even says thank you!! Food tasted great even though they messed my cheeseburger up. Fries were perfect. They make you wear a mask which is ok except the one male worker was extremely rude and focusing way to much on people’s mask being put on perfect if someone took a sip while standing and waiting for their food he’d come up to them and tell them to put mask on and no standing to eat and drink food. He was all over the back at different stations touching stuff didn’t see him change gloves once’s when doing so. He was more worried about looking in the waiting area to see if people mask were on right then topping the sandwiches. The rest of the staff was...
