Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Ohio

I eat at chipotle atleast 3 times a week and I’ve been doing that since I started college since it’s one of the only “healthy” fast food restaurant options. That being said, I’ve been to A LOT of chipotles, and this is hands down the trashiest one I’ve ever been to. Its food quality pissed me off so much I had to write a review about it, that’s how bad it is. Half the time the meat (chicken) is not cooked properly, and 99% of the time, the guac is disgusting. ITS DARK GREEN! It’s supposed to be lime-greenish when fresh, NOT dark green! This location is just lazy and cooks/freezes stuff like guac over night or they just don’t know how to cook overall. If you are ordering inside, then this is a 5 star review for Chipotle. The food is fresh and consistent I have no complaints there.

However, I really do not recommend ordering online, as the chefs in the back seem to have an inability to follow instructions. About half of the times that I have ordered online , my order has been wrong (even though its only one item). Often being wrong ingredients, but I have also received the wrong item altogether, such as a bowl with some wrong ingredients instead of a burrito with what I ordered.

Sometimes the food will also not be as fresh, as I have received cold food, despite picking it up as soon as it was put on the shelf.

I haven’t ordered from Chipotle in a while because the last time I did, I got very sick from the seasonings that they overdue. In addition to them overdoing the seasonings- the CHIPS were so stale you could bend them. I got 2 kids meals for my husband and I (we’re on a diet) and I couldn’t believe the portion size. I mean I get it, it’s a kids meal but EVERY time I doordash from here, they NEVER give me as much as I pay for…. I paid $20 for THIS? This is enough to feed a baby bird. Chipotle, you’ve lost my business because the food is OVERPRICED, and OVER-SEASONED. The only thing they can undertake is the portion size. They didn’t even give us enough food to PUT ON our tortillas… not to MENTION, forgot silverware and napkins. How am I supposed to eat without silverware?...
