Went in to order food for my family. Ordered 3 DLT no cheese and 1 DLT with cheese. Stepped off to the side to check my order after I received the bag, as I had 17 items on my list. Was missing a DLT and when I told the manager she said “well they are all there, I made them myself. I don’t know what you did with it or where it went but you had them all in there.” As she counted 3, not 4 total. In the end, she scoffed and made the 4th one but her pure rudeness for customer satisfaction, and the fact that I didn’t even leave the store before checking my order, says a lot about how she is running that place and her treatment of customers and employees. Very unsatisfied. The food itself was great. It was hot and fresh. Just wish the management wouldn’t jump straight into accusations of missing food. So you missed one item in a large order? Read moreI am calling cooperate on this pacific location after this phone call about a accidental mess up order from earlier, which happens and is not a big deal, but a specific MANAGER and not the first one I spoke with over the phone, the second one was RUDE, LOUDLEY spoken with a poor tone towards me and her and I WILL not and DO not appreciate poor customer service. I am in the industry with one of my jobs out of two and she WILL be addressed. There is no reason for acting like a primitive individual. Be professional as you address situations. Thank God this particular individual is not in child care our school systems. Perhaps a job over the phone at home or not working with people would be a better fit for her. It was rude, very disrespectful, and I felt bad about the situation and I wasn't even a part of it. I was just witnessing it. That is not the first time I've been to this Taco Bell and heard her yell. But it will be the last time I go to this taco.
