7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lima

We got a cookie butter latte and added cold foam & caramel (pictured), we did not like it, it in no way tasted like cookie butter. We also got a sugar cookie blondie (that also did not taste anything like sugar cookie) and asked for extra caramel, and they must have put extra syrup but we wanted the sauce, so I know to be more specific next time in ordering! We’ve been to several different locations because we don’t have one near us unfortunately (in Mansfield) and I gotta say this wasn’t our best experience. The drinks weren’t as sweet here as other locations, and usually the drinks taste like what they are named but here they didn’t. Also the workers here weren’t overly friendly like all the others have been, they were all still nice but usually the workers engage in some sort of small talk or something- not just tell you to have a good day. I’m very happy because I was coming to the conclusion I don’t like coffee anymore, but thought I’d give it a try. Super creamy, the flavoring is prominent and tastes like coffee (all in a good way). I’m done with the other franchises that taste like water and syrup. Very long line, but they are highly organized and was in and out in about 2 to 3 minutes. I haven’t felt a coffee buzz in years and it’s even doing that. If you want a real coffee that tastes great, I highly recommend. The banana bread blondie is amazing. On my 4th visit I got the same drink, service was so so this time. The young blonde girl who made my drink, had to make it 3 times. The guy who brought me my coffee seemed irked at the blonde and had her remake it twice. I didn't realize anything was wrong until I tried the coffee on my way to work. I asked for SF, I paid almost $9 with a tip to throw it in the trash, because it was not what I paid for. I am a diabetic and get the SF only.
