T.J. Maxx — Local services in Lima

Not very pleased with this location. I observed 4-5 employee meandering around the store chatting with one another and ignoring helping the customers. I walked up to the jewelry counter where two young employees were talking to one another and not asking if I'd like to see something in the locked case?? After a couple of minuteis they walked to the clothing area, still talking about personal things. Later I went to the dressing room to try on clothes. I was pleasantly greeted by a very polite attractive older lady, she was dressed so nice. When I left with my items. She asked me " if I was still shopping in the clothing area" ?? would I mind returning my unwanted items to their racks? I responded" absolutely', YES! She said she had to unpack and put the new items on the racks before store closes in an hour. Then I noticed two middle aged ladies walking around socializing together in the clothing area, one lady had long grey hair.. It was obvious they were doing nothing productive for the next 20 minutes I noticed the staff casually walking around, as the lady in dressing room was working hard. I would like T.J management to have team work at this location. Please, help the customers not yourselves. I shop T.J Maxx and it's sister stores several times a month. I have never seen anything like this in any other location. Management, sets the "VIBE" for the employees...this carries over to...

I absolutely love TJ Maxx. I always go here when we are out when my sister is at dance so we go out. I will say that this stores makeup is shades for more pale people, you wonder “Oh, I wonder why there is such good brands here.” It’s because they put the shades in here no one uses. Now maybe it is your shade 🤷‍♀️ Your lucky. And also I do like that my location has Tree Hut Sugar or other kinds of scrubs. This is amazing. They do have Torani syrup for drinks and other things. They also have Chocolate filled cones and stuff like that and I absolutely love that! Those are so good. They do have Kate Pulitzer coolers and other stuff like that for drinks and food. Kate Pulitzer is such a expensive brand. If you don’t believe me they have a whole store in Hilton Head Island, where I just went for vacation. I actually love TJ Maxx to because of their clothes and there shirts for younger girls. Now some of them are to like ugly. But other than that I...

I love coming into the store and getting followed by the workers..love it! Even so much to have the fitting room person leave the fitting room to trail behind me and then not come to the fitting purposefully when I'm needing a room to try on and help a person that walked up almost immediately after I left. OH! And I did buy stuff..so hopefully when you're talking on your little walkies and trailing behind me you see that I bought my items. And this isnt the 1st time.its happened either! They went as far as stand behind me in each aisle and say the area I'm in and headed to next. Sucks but my money dont necessarily go to those particular workers anyway..they get paid regardless of me. Just work on your customer...
