McDonald's — Restaurant in Lima

Worst experience ever I'm running as a door dasher and they are supposed to ask for a order ID and they never did they then hand me the wrong food when I try and say something they ignore me and close the window so I pulled up to there 3rd window and after a few minutes they come to us and ask if we have the wrong order and where extremely rude and acted as if it was my fault they handed out the wrong food then they took that and I waited for another 10 minutes and decided to drive back around they hand me the bag that is sealed so I cant personal see what's in the bag and I try to ask the employee if everything is there they closed the window and walked away with out saying anything another employee looked at me as I'm trying to get there attention and they just turn around and ignore me then when I find out they only gave out the drinks and no food I called and asked them and they say the employees where confused with who had what order and we would have to contact our customer have them cancel the order through doordash and reorder before they could give out the rest of the order really wish I could leave a review...

Arrived at the store at 6:00 a.m.. was denied entry to the store because I was told there was not enough staff. As I looked in the window I could see the staff serving the drive-through that was packed all the way around the building yeah I was told I was not allowed to go to order through the drive-thru because I did not have a vehicle so I I stood out in the cold from was 45 minutes until eventually someone opened the door finally let me in the dining room to order my food from the kiosk because my hands were too numb to order from my app. I got to watch workers walk in the door as I was denied entry so we can stand in the breezeway just to get warm . this is very unacceptable if McDonald's. Opens at 6:00 supposed to be able to enter the door at 6:00 a.m. matter if there's enough people to wait on the dining area room or not they can wait on the drive-thru if they come to the way they can wait a one guy sitting there or in food to go. Coincidentally enough I shared the same experience with another gentleman outside that had the same exact birthday to me November 17th except we were born 40 years apart. That was a...

Well I ordered a mccafe drink. I paid. Drove to the second window and was told to pull up to the third window that someone would bring it out to me.....okay...I waited for 15 min, I tried calling the store. Drove back through the drive through (had to wait in line) then was told there mccafe machine was broken. I did get my $ back, but I was super upset. The cashier said noone came out to tell you it was broken and didn't bring your money? Oh no. . So a half hour later (total time waiting and dealing with this) i finally got my $ back. . Then she proceeded to tell me how short staffed they were and how the new guy is upfront is with the manager and how stressed he was. She was very apologetic and I appreciate her honesty. I work a high stress job 🙃 but don't forget about your customer you left waiting for 15 min. It would of been cool if they just told me the machine broke and gave me my $ so I didn't have to go back through the drive through and waste...
