Slowest drive through in Lima. We waited in line for 30 minutes. Chicken is OK. I don't see what all the hype is about. Honestly, Lee's chicken is superior. I also don't like how you're forced into buying the sides. It would be nice to get a 4 piece tender without all the sides and soft drink. Considering the horrible wait times and OK taste, I will stick with Lee's for all my fried chicken needs.

The chicken fingers, toast, and fries are all amazing. Their sauce is also very tasty. The food is economically priced for food portion sizes. The employees are on their game, and the food was prepared in good time. The dining room is nice, but too small.

Chicken fingers are quality and delicious, but the fries were cold, soggy, and tasted practically raw. When ordering online the menu says that the combos include a drink, but when you go to order, they add another $1.00, unless you choose no drink.

We were initially going to use the drive through, but after going around the maze of a parking lot and seeing how long the line actually was, we decided to go in. We ordered and then waited for our order. The place got busy all of a sudden, and it was clear the dining area design was not setup for lots of people to order and wait. It was awkward to maneuver through people to get your food and then do the same in getting back to the table. Then eating with people standing right next to you while they are waiting to order was a bit uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and the food was good, but the portion size did seem a bit smaller from what I last remembered. It's surprising that they chose to do the building layout this way compared to other Canes. All in all it's a Canes and I'll probably eat...

I ordered the pick up option paid online I left right after making it my food was ready walked in and grabbed it. It was quick easy and hot and fresh by the time I got home. We ordered the 3 piece meal. I wish I'd of gotten Cole slaw. I get there stich is probably not having a lot of options but they are so much better then Lees. Idk if we even still have a KFC 🤣. That says it all. So wish they had some mashed taters fr just more side options because the chicken is amazing. It is so good they can just have fries and slaw and Texas toast and your going to be 💯 satisfied. There lemonade and there ice is so good to I definitely would recommend and I'll be coming back soon thinking about it makes me...

I love this restaurant and have been to Raising Canes in Nevada, Colorado, and Ohio, but I was not impressed the 1st time going to this location. However, I'm sympathetic because it was the 1st day of opening when I went. So I went back again on December 16th and the food seemed to have some improvement but I was still disappointed with the sweet tea the 1st time going the sweet tea had a funky taste compared to any other location I've been to and the 2nd time it tasted like it wasn't sweet enough the tea tasted like sweet watered down water. Despite these experiences, I still love this restaurant, and I am optimistic for improvement of how the employees make not just the tea...
