We ordered food from Rigali's tonight and the best part had to be the pickles! The fries look and feel like they have been out the entire day. They had burned parts on them which led me to believe they oven baked them. The "fish" in the fish dinner looked like mush. It only resembled "fish" by the smell. My son's Chicken Bacon Ranch sub was a complete mess. The tomatoes were old and mushy and the bread soggy. I called and spoke with a manager (I say that lightly) who was rude and defensive from the get go. He wouldn't tell me his name but informed me they had been in business 30 years and was 'always' busy. (his name is Chuck Horton and the ever rude Heather Horton) He told me they oven cook everything there, including my French fries and fish. He also told me that it was 'condensation' that made my food look 'soggy and mushy'. I told him there wasn't any in my container and he continued to blame it on it. The food wasn't even warm enough to have it anyways!. I told him I took photos and was posting them on social media which he said he knew I was going to do anyways, which I was. Read moreMy order was terrible. They claim that there spaghetti sauce was homemade. ( it was not ) my 7 year old grandson can make better sauce then that. The spaghetti noodles were way under cooked. The delivery driver forgot my drink and my salad dressing. The driver placed blamed on the staff at the restaurant, but it's the drivers job to look at the ticket and make sure that everything is correct before leaving the store. Let me tell you I am a huge pasta fan. I travel for a living and I have eaten at lot's of Italian joints and I would give a big shout out if it was any good at all, but this is the worse place I have eaten in the whole United States. Read moreI ordered a salad and the ham had mold on it. I called to let them know and had to talk to 3 different employees and the last one I spoke with was very rude. He told me I had to of left my salad out for 36 hours and that’s why the ham was molded. Why would I do that over 13 dollars. All I wanted was a replacement but workers was so rude trying to argue that I must of left it out!! I’m more disappointed bc I enjoyed rigalis before this experience!!!!!
