Dunkin' — Restaurant in Limerick Township

My mother and I went in the drive thru on Saturday, June 5th at approximately 10:40am and ordered one bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel, one sausage, egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel, one dozen donuts and an iced tea. I ate the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and drank the iced tea with it and in about 45-60 minutes later I was violently vomiting profusely with the worst headache of my life and did so all day and night until 2am in the morning. I have never gotten so sick so fast and the only thing I ate and drank was from Dunkin. I don’t know if it was the bagel sandwich or the iced tea but I am 1000% sure I got food poisoning from one or the other. I’m really disappointed with a recent experience at Dunkin’. I ordered a 16 oz unsweetened iced tea with light ice, only to find I was charged an extra $0.50—simply for asking for less ice. When I asked about it, the employee explained that it’s not a Dunkin’ corporate policy, but a store-specific decision made by the owners. In their words, “the owners are being cheap,” and apparently this trend is catching on.

Let’s be honest—16 ounces is 16 ounces, regardless of the amount of ice. Charging more for giving me the actual beverage instead of a cup filled with ice? That’s ridiculous. It feels like a sneaky way to squeeze extra money from customers, and it leaves a bad taste (and not from the tea).

Stop this trend. Dunkin’ should step in and enforce consistent, fair policies across its stores. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering where I...

I like this dunkin for their coffee and their ability to get you through the drive-thru quickly. The drive-thru workers are super nice and I feel bad that I've started to have to go to other dunkins along my way to work. I started to occasionally get breakfast sandwiches and the food at this location is just... off. Every hot food item tastes and smells like wet dish rag. At first, i thought maybe it was just a fluke but the taste and smell got a lot worse. The bagels used to be safe, but I think they started to reheat them rather than freshly toast them because they taste like wet dish rag too. I thought maybe all locations were like this, but I tried food while on a trip at a different location and it was actually good. I'll still stop here for a drink and donut, but I'm done with...
