Absolutely terrible!!!! I ordered through the Slice app for delivery for Palermo's. The order was delivered 30 minutes past the estimated time. Ok it's Friday night...I could have looked passed it being late; however, the food was terrible! The margherita pizza was made wrong! The steak sandwich has stale bread which was also soggy and it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. (As an aside, I say steak sandwich bc if you don't pay $.50 for "extra"cheese, you don't get any cheese at all!) I contacted Slice's online chat since that's who my money went to and they contacted the pizza shop. Palermo's said there was nothing they can do because they haven't had any complaints today about any other orders. So I guess my complaint doesn't matter?!?!? If that's how Palermo's wants to treat their customers then they have lost...
Read moreThis past December I took my daughter and a few of her friends to Urban Air next store for her 4th birthday. Since their birthday package was a little too expensive for me I called Palermo's and asked if they wouldn't mind me bringing the girls there for pizza and cake afterwards. I cannot believe how amazing they were! All of the workers were so pleasant and helpful. They brought out our pizzas, chicken tenders, drinks, utensils for us and set them on a table to the side. They even let us pull tables together and put all kinds of decorations up. We probably had about 20 people total and we had PLENTLY of space. Of course, all of the food was delicious. I cannot get over how positive of an experience we had! Palermo's was such a huge help in giving my daughter the best possible 4th birthday...
Read moreI placed an order through Grub Hub. The app told me I still had around 20 minutes until the restaurant would stop taking orders. As soon as I placed the order, the restaurant called me and blatantly lied to me about why they were canceling my order. They claimed "THEIR" Grubhub driver "was off for the night". This is not a thing. Grub Hub has independent drivers which are in no way shape or form contracted or related to any restaurant. What they MEANT to say when they called to cancel my order is "our kitchen is clean and we're too not willing to stay here until close even though it's our own fault for not turning our Grub Hub application off". Pretty pathetic you have to lie to customers and can't even honor your posted hours. Will never recommend or order...
