I purchased a green apple water ice from Rita's Water Ice in Royersford. I paid for it and it tasted weird like some kind of cleaner or soap was in it. I immediately walked backed and told them what happened and they were rude and very disrespectful and refused to give me a different flavor. A teenager chastised me and told me that I can't exchange it once I paid for it even though they didn't give it to me until after it was paid for.
