Wendy's — Restaurant in Limerick Township

Ordered 2 spicy & one homestyle sandwich along with chicken tenders, fries n drinks. They gave us only two sandwich along with other orders so I went back and said there was only 2 sandwich looks like you missed one for which they started talking to each other double confirming they did give all the stuff in order! One staff said yes he saw the other staff keeping it in the bag and we were asked to wait another 6 minutes to prepare and give. Now after 6 minutes they gave us one more chicken tender :( not sandwich! I accepted that and left as the way they provided the tenders was like doing a favor without any apology or sorry... They may be right as they already gave the tenders but what they missed was sandwich. The description on the Wendy’s website for this sandwich reads as follows: “ A half-pound* of fresh British beef, American cheese, 6 pieces of crispy Applewood smoked bacon, ketchup, and mayo. Absolutely terrible service. Both the cashier and manager were very rude and didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge us. We bought two drinks and she just walked away and the manager ignored us. She had to get cups from the back but she didn’t explain or even give them to us. She simply stacked them up and walked away. We had to ask the manager twice to get the cups. Can’t imagine what service people who got food had. Not eating here again. Everyone in line said the same...
