Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Lincoln

I've been frequenting this location since I moved to the area two years ago for a multitude of reasons. The drive-thru is always quick and easy, and the fries always taste like they've just been removed from the fryer that second. More than these things, though, is that this location has an employee named Rick who is absurdly good at his job. In every interaction my friends and I have had with him he has been extremely positive and professional. I don't know that he has ever had a single bad day, and it's so nice that if I'm having a stressful one I can stop by for a milkshake and know that I'll be greeted warmly. That's what will keep me coming back time and time again, and prevent me from stopping by In-N-Out across the street instead. Me and my wife had our 3 grand kids for the evening and my wife wanting to try the new Jalapeno Turkey burger. when we walked in there were 2 guest eating at a table in the corner and no other guest in the place. there were 9 filthy tables and the drink counter looked liked it had not been cleaned in 3 days, a family of 3 entered at the same time we did they ordered there dinner first. I must say this the food assembly station was not cleaned prior to there sandwiches being made there was food scraps and mess all over the counter wile there food was made cheese was dropped on the counter picked up and placed back on on the pile of cheese. it was not until my complaint that the counter was wiped down. the manager on duty had a I don't care attitude about the situation. we will never eat there and make sure our friends know abut the...

I just drove through the Lincoln Carl's Jr and ordered 2 loaded burrito meals and the French toast sticks. The oil was old snd the potatoes and French toast tasted awful. I called to let them know I thought the oil was bad and the Manager told me they were changing the oil while we were talking. She found my receipt and told me they would replace the order. I told her I live in another town and it would be right away but next time I come into town. She told me to save the food snd being in in whenever. I threw the food out and she knows the exact order, time I was there and my name.
