Staff is friendly, however I order lots of cold Brews with vanilla or now pumpkin cold foam. I order Extra cold foam as I donât get sweetener most of the time. They put the smallest amount of cold foam on and become irritated if asked for more. They charge $1.25 extra. I even pointed out someone elseâs drink next to mine and was told âsome drinks are differentââŚtheyâre so busy and move so quickly I donât think they either care or read the order all that clearly sometimes.
Further update 4/13/25âŚthis place over and over makes drinks differently every time and in no way are they kind or will they make a drink again in a friendly manner. Red headed lady with freckles today threw her arms in the air and said âwhat do you want?â Mind you I actually ordered a second drink because she was not friendly when discussing my actual online order. She was rude and didnât like me ordering another drink. One was thrown away because this particular place seems to have different standards to making drinks than other Starbucks in and around the area.    Read moreThis store is one of the worst. I have experienced the decline in customer service quality over the last several years. This store must get rewarded based on how few Venti or Trenta water they hand out. I feel lucky to even get a Grande ice water from staff. I have avoided this store when possible to spare us the hassle with staff. Thought I would give them another try the other day. Once again more bad attitude from staff. Asked for the District Manager and was rudely directed to a business taped on the wall. I left message for the DM, still no response. Tried using chat on the corporate website but since I don't have my email registered with their rewards system the system gave me a boot after connecting with a live person (Nancy K.). I called the phone number for customer service and was connected with an agent in Nicaragua. Well, yet another US company bites the dust.

   Read moreThis Starbucks was INCREDIBLY busy last Saturday morning. As we looked at the crowd, we decided to place a mobile order and wait in the parking lot as there were 17 cars in the drive through. When our order was ready, I walked in to find 10 people waiting for drinks and at least 15 drinks on the counter waiting for pickup. I couldn't help but think about the stress the staff must be feeling! As I walked through the crowd to the pick up area, before I could announce my mobile order, a very friendly young woman welcomed me and asked what order I needed, with a nice smile. She had my order ready and was kind through the entire transaction. I had had the opposite experience at a different Starbucks a few days earlier so I was shocked to be greeted by a calm, caring employee in the midst of what must have been very high stress.
