Atmosphere don't really count, so I'm still going to give it to 5 star rating so that it doesn't effect their overall score! You would expect that it's going to be busy at dinner time on Sundays, riding the midst of dinner hours..
I actually had a Time Wait of 45 minutes... It was here in 30 minutes! AND THEY WERE SUPER BUSY...
So that lets me know:
The people that are in there know what they're doing, knows how to do it accurately & work very quickly!
Has the customer in mind.
(possibly the biggest thing) Has a adequate amount of staff.... That's the problem I see with most places. They don't have the adequate amount of staff to withstand a lunch or dinner rush... Which I can understand is not always your fault, however on the other hand I do believe that if you do not have the adequate amount of stuff in order to get your work done accurately and efficiently, then also believe that either you got to get more employees or you got to close the doors.
A shortage of staff, although it's not the business is fault necessarily, it also can't be at the customers expense either.
I've ordered from this location on numerous occasions, ranging from Tuesday at lunch to a Friday night... And in my experience there's no difference in those two days or time frames.
So personally, I feel comfortable ordering at any time, for any reason, at any moment, and the job isn't going to slack in either one of those days or times...
When the pizza arrived to me, they called me when they pulled up to informed me that they were here & that's what I would like for them to do with it... Would I like for them to sit it outside my door, or come get it....
I went outside to get it and the guy had a smile on his face, he appreciated me ordering & hope I would call back and order again sometime very soon...
Sound like a good experience doesnt it? However, that's how it normally has been...
PS. If you do not have the app you're missing out on a lot of free food! Even if they're not offering free food, depends on how much water or how often you order, even if they're not offering free food you've earn free food!
GET THE APP! Even if they're not offering free food and you have not earned free food... I have coupons. Two large pizzas in a 2 l Coke would have cost me around $35 after a tip.... (Yes I pretended as though I was going to order from a different place with the attentions of finding out how much it was going to be) Were the five dollar tip it would have cost me a closer to 36 dollars even....
But with one of the coupons on the app, it was $21.99, free delivery, 15 minutes early, good customer service.....
Any questions? 😂
OHHHHH YEAH.... #omg - the garlic flavored crust..... (I sounded like the wicked witch of the West) "I'm melting, I'm...
Read moreUnbelievable…. And NOT in a good way. I WAS a frequent customer, and a GREAT tipper to my delivery drivers. I say WAS. I Will NOT be using Dominos pizza of Lincoln, Al anymore! We had a birthday party planned for last Sunday. I needed 15 pizzas. I called them THURSDAY. I asked to speak to a manager. The man on the phone said he could help me. I told him to needed a bulk order of pizzas on Sunday. I wanted to give them the order in advance because I knew they would be busy on Sunday and I wanted them to have time in advance to prepare. He said that it wouldn’t be a problem and took my order. Totaling over $120. I tried to give him my payment information over the phone. He said it wouldn’t be necessary because he knew who I was because of my info showing up on caller ID. And, I am a frequent customer. I gave him the exact time I needed the pizzas. He told me they would be ready at that time. That Sunday I called them back an hour before they were supposed to be ready just to make sure everything was still on track. (I had people already showing up to the party.) When I finally got someone to answer local they inform me they have NO order on file for me! And acted like they had no idea what I was even talking about. I demanded to talk to a manager. The employee said he was a manager. I told him I had 30 kids and 20 parents coming in a hour and I needed pizza! The pizza I ordered THURSDAY! He checked my account and said it was voided! Voided? I said why? He said it was because when they closed out at night it was causing them to come up $120 short. I told him that I offered to pay them at the time. So, they couldn’t call me and let me know they voided my order??? My number is my account! The manager trying to defend them was not offering any solution, I’m watching my watch and realizing I’m running out of time. I told them I would just call Little Caesar’s in Pell City. I called them and they ended up making 21 pizzas for me in ONE HOUR and, the price was almost the same as Dominos 15 pizzas. I had to drive 15 minutes to pick them up which was slightly inconvenient. But, Little Caesar’s handled that giant order like a team of CHAMPIONS! Knocking it out of the park in one hour. I WILL NOT EVER USE DOMINOS IN LINCOLN, Al. ANYMORE! They could care less about me in my time of need. And, I could care less about ever doing business with...
Read moreDomino’s is false advertising. I saw their pizza order on their webb site. Arrived at store and was told I had to order on line for deal. I went back to webb site to order after seeing their pizza offer. Offer said any 2 or more for $5.99. Picture above ad showed a pizza with multiple toppings. Again it said ANY two or more pizzas for $5.99. Does not specify pizza toppings just two or more pizzas. NOT happy with false advertising and expressed feelings to manager. She just shrugged her shoulders without commend. I proceeded to order pizza on line. Ordered toppings and beef bacon was not listed as up charge ($1). Not 5.99 but $6.94. Items were listed in standard choice of items. Not separate special items. 2 false advertisements! VERY not appropriate. Won’t order from false...
