Here's a glowing review of our server Cat and all the staff, at Greenfields.

We had the pleasure of being served by Cat at Greenfields, and she made our dining experience truly special. Her kindness and attention to detail were immediately apparent, and her radiant smile lit up the room. You can tell she loves her job and genuinely cares for the people she serves. At 70 years old, she shared some wise words with us: 'I will work as long as I am making a difference.' Cat understands that in any job, you have the power to impact others, and she embodies that belief every day. Thank you, Cat, for making our meal memorable!"

The staff at Greenfields worked so well together, like a well oiled machine. I have worked in hospitalality, training managers and restraunt staff. Let me tell you, what I saw at Greenfields today was something spectacular! All the servers helped each other, the kitchen was communicating properly ( we were sitting right next to the passway and could hear them clearly. They were prompt, detailed and respectful! The manager was on the floor helping each and every person. It was extremely busy and I witnessed her stop to help what appeared to be a new server. She was direct yet kind in her expectations of working smarter not harder. She didn't shame the server or get upset. She offered solutions to help her.

I also witnessed a mistake happen from another table and was so impressed how the server took responsibility, fixed the issue and the manager was right there to help the fix. Like I said earlier a well oiled machine ❤️ Good job Greenfields! I hope the owners read this and are able to commend their excellent employees..

I have dined-in, and ordered takeout from this place. Every single time I eat from here, the food is excellent. It is exactly what I order, it is fresh, and tasty. However, I'm compelled this review after I attempted to order from doordash. A doordasher picked up my order without logging that they did so, and then declined the order, sending it to another doordasher. After discovering that my first dasher left with the food without completing the order, they offered to remake it, and a second dasher came and picked up the order. After they picked up the order, my order was cancelled, and I came to the restaurant to see if I could pick it up myself. Everyone there was very understanding, and wanted to make it up to me, regardless of the fact that it was in no way the restaurant's problem. Doordash has had it's issues, but never has an order of mine been driven off without delivery twice. When I got to the store, Greenfield's offered to make my order again (for a third time) which really shows their character and understanding and mission. Again, every time I come here, I get GREAT service and GREAT food. If you want to eat well while supporting honest, wholesome, genuine Lincoln business, Greenfield's is the first that comes to mind. Went in Monday March 1st 2021 because My buddy and I wanted to go to Wal-Mart on south 85th Street when it opened. We were HANGRY. You know, Hungry and Angry. (Dude cut us off earlier, don't ask) ANYWAY... Heard bad things about this place but saw the Google Reviews, and decided to give this place a chance. Really can't remember the waitress name, but this place had WONDERFUL food. Finished our meal at around 8am and by 9ish while shopping at Wally-World the food coma started to kick in. I mean WE WERE FULL after we finished our meal. You know the feeling? When You're full and have the burps? Ya...That! 5 Stars for me. Would def. recommend this place. Couple complaints though (Not a big deal) Dunno why you put a little rice in the salt shakers, Was hard to salt my pancakes. (Yes, I do that! I also put mustard in my mashed Potatoes. I'm weird, Leave me alone!) The Butter. Hard and not easy to spread. It was like one element away from being plastic. Butter needs to easily be spread. I know it's a warehouse issue, but c-mon. It's all good though. LOVED THE BISCUITS! Oh My god, this place biscuits kicks the hell out of Popeye's Biscuits and that is saying something. Ok. I'm done ranting. If you made it this...
