Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Very few times, do I see things in a restaurant, that make me get up and get the heck outa there. Yesterday was one of them. Wanted to try getting a sandwich from this place, started off simple. Nothing out of the ordinary if you aren’t paying attention. First thing I noticed was the appearance of the workers. How can I say this? If someone were to offer you food, what would be the reasons you would say no by instinct, before you even had a chance to think about it? Yea it was bad, but I shake it off.

Until I noticed en employee coughing quite a bit, and not in the regulated (cough into your elbow) way that even children know. No he just let loose right over the open sandwiches he was preparing. So I’m already done with this place, when out in plain view what do I see? Another employee coming up to the food-prep counter, with his shirt pulled up, rubbing his bare stomach exposed. On top of all this, the guy’s pants were sagging to the point to where you could see his thighs... I don't cook in my underwear in my own HOME, why are they doing it in public?!

So right there, I was done. Stopped my order, got my refund and GTFO. If you have a weak stomach forgive me, but if ever there was a place with a (High) likelihood of finding Pubes in your food. Then...

i have been here multiple times always pleased until today they charged my card for my lunch but insisted i didn't put and order in and said they just charge my card to see if the money is in there then my computer says it cant be processed because it says i have the wrong zip code for billing which i don't same card i've used for many times at this location call and talk to a lady employee which by far she tried to bend over backwards to help me even said she would just bring me the sandwich since she has seen i do eat there a lot until today that is so the manager brian giles calls me went fine at first til he accused me of lying then he became very disrespectful with me wouldn't let me talk then same as told me not his problem and did not care at all of the situation so to end this manager's customer service is horrible to say the least they should think about making the lady the manager and to top it all off no sandwich for me cause jimmy johns charged me and tomorrow is pay day so i'm broke til then i encourage people to not order online cause after talking to corporate this 48th street location has this problem with charging people and not giving them what...

After putting in my order to this Jimmy Johns which is only 1.5 miles from my House they called an hour later asking if I was going to pick it up. I was confused as I had ordered delivery. They then explained they would only go to the 3000 block when I was 2 blocks out of this the manager straight up refused to deliver and said it was "Corporate policy". Corporate policy or not guess what you do not say that to a customer. I have worked Customer service and any manager would have reprimanded an employee for saying that. This manager was incredibly rude and refused to deliver even when the other Jimmy John's who is even closer also would not deliver. I will never order...
