Lil’ Risky — Restaurant in Lincoln

I wish I could say that we had a good meal and enjoyed our selves at Lil' Risky. I had burger with American cheese. The burger was so dry that no juice dripped from it while I ate it. I had mayo and pickles on it. I can't remember the last time I had a burger so dry that no juice dripped out of it. My husband had the Frencd dip and said it was okay but not like the ones he had at the old Risky's. I, accidentally, spilled my drink and the server was so busy on her cell phone that she didn't notice, there were only about 6 other customers in the bar. My husband had to go up to the bar and tell her about the spill. She gave him a bar towel and shouted across the bar that she would replace my drink. I told her no thanks on the replacement. She never offered to help clean up the spill. After we finished we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to get her attention so we could pay. She was again on her cell phone. My husband waved money in the air several times to try to get her attention. She walked out to the beer garden and when she came back she noticed us. She walked up to our table and said "Sorry about that". That is no apology for a customer. We will not be going back. We came into Lil Risky’s because I saw someone post a video in the bad businesses in Lincoln facebook group. The video showed the customer harassing the employee more than anything so we wanted to come out to support the business because that post seemed unwarranted. When we got there Americle (the server in the video) happened to be our server! After our dinner tonight I know that person who posted the video was the antagonist in their altercation. Americle was extremely sweet and recommended some options as this was our first time there! I can definitely say it will NOT be our last time! Don't order a bloody mary on game day here. You get one olive, no straw to stir it, can't even taste the vodka and its in a small glass, when we ordered the large ones. I'd hate to see the small bloody mary, is it served in a whiskey rocks glass? Very disappointing!!!

After reading the management's response it is even more disappointing that we weren't informed of the bloody mary bar. I even asked waitress if we could get some more olives or celery and she said she'd get back to me. Couldn't even get a straw to stir it with.
