Love runza. Problem is that a long time ago that the runza was as big as a original chicken sandwich at burger King. Now the Runza is basically cut in half. Hey. I will take 2 bites and it is gone. Hmmmm. Maybe it is less then half now that I am thinking about it. Pretty much 1 and half the price more and less. food. Great job Runza. I am ok with keeping food size the same and paying more. I am not willing to pay more for tiny little portions. I paid for my little half 2 bite Runza over 6 dollars. It was just the Runza. Nothing else. Runza ran out of Runzas 🤦🏻‍♂️ Last night we went to Runza for a Runza, as we are ordering the cashier says they are out of Runzas. It was like 6:30pm… how do you run out of your signature food in the middle of dinner? We got burgers instead, which were good… But we went to Runza for a Runza and you ran out? The Staff was nice about it all, but really? Then we ate our food and I went to order some ice cream at 7:03pm, only to be told “We closed at 7pm due to the weather”… I am sorry but I was literally sitting in your lobby eating my dinner with my family and no one said a word to us! I ordered 6 meals and upgraded drinks to the large size. This was the worst 50 plus dollars I've spent on meals during this visit to Nebraska. The fries were all cold, dried out, hard and inedible overcooked sticks. One Runza was okay and freshish. The others were old with bread dried out hard breading. I. Will. Never. Go. Back. To. This. Runza. In fact it was so terrible, I may not go to any Runza again. I'm so disappointed, because whenever I travel to Nebraska, Runza was one of the 1st places I stopped by for some local flavor, but I'm going to scratch it off of my intown rotation...
