Juice Stop — Restaurant in Lincoln

Started coming a month ago after moving to Lincoln. Asked if they had an app that could be used, earn rewards etc. Drive thru employee said they should be getting one by the end of this year. Saw today that an app is available and downloaded it onto my phone. Signing up offered BOGO. Went through the drive thru at this location and ordered two smoothies. Pulled up and told the employee we have the app. She said they don't have a scanner for the app and never had one as long as she's been working there. Asked her when they would be getting the scanner so the app could be used at this location. She said IDK and that was it. If they didn't want to participate in the app, then a month ago the employee should have told us the app wouldn't work there because they don't have a scanner. Also, I ordered one smoothie last week and it was 6.50 for a 24 oz. Ordered today two 24 oz smoothies and was charged 14.00. You do...

Sunday, 8/11/19- I pulled up in the drive thru and there was a car already waiting. I could see there were 2 people inside working and the open sign was on. They could clearly see me. I sat there 20 minutes at least. I waved to the people- nothing. I backed out of the drive through only to discover they closed at 6pm and had turned off the sign. They intentionally ignored me and the other person waiting. If you want to close early then close early or turn off your sign. And tell people in the drive thru you’re closed. Rude and incompetent. Their smoothies are delicious and healthy! It is such a neat place and the employees are quiet, but friendly. Only four stars for this one because they don't allow bikes through the drive thru. On this particular day i had forgotten my mask and did not want to go inside and would have rathered to go through the drive thru on my bike. If they would have just said no, it would be fine and i would go inside. But they didn't, they simply did not speak to me. At all.
