This Starbucks does not know what "a splash of cream" means. Today, I mentioned it twice and it even says "light cream" on my order on my cup. This has happened to me at least a dozen times at this specific location. When im spending $3.50+ for a coffee that probably isn't fresh, I expect the cream to be what I asked for.

The drinks made here are NEVER consistent, and recently every thing Iā€™ve ordered the last 8 times Iā€™ve been here has been missing ingredients. Frappuccinoā€™s that taste like water because they forgot the mocha, lattes having way too much milk, etc. Along with this location sporadically changing its hours due to employee shortages, this location should just be closed. I legit canā€™t remember the last time Iā€™ve ordered here and had my order taste like what Iā€™m expecting it to taste like. Also prices for the products arenā€™t the employeesā€™ fault, but if Iā€™m asked to pay $8 for a Frappuccino I kinda expect it to be...

The staff inside the North HyVee are stellar ask the upsell questions to improve margins.

Now about Green Tea "Strong" should mean "No Water" EXACTLY what the customer ordered and EXACTLY how the other 2 leading competitors make Strong Green Tea.
