Culver’s — Restaurant in Lincoln

Updated: The main manager did reach out and explained the difficulty with refunding online orders and it’s something they’re working on. He refunded the order I never received at the 27th location and apologized. He was very kind and understanding which was much appreciated. Hopefully someone higher on the chain can fix the issues with online ordering because employees shouldn’t be in a position to have upset customers for something out of their control. It also is something Culver’s needs to fix because wrong location mistakes are very common and there needs to be an option to cancel the order (within a reasonable timeframe).

Tonight my SIL set up an online order (while I was driving) and when I put in my card information and hit submit, I saw it was to the wrong location. I immediately called so it could be cancelled and refunded, but was told they had no way of doing that, and given no options to help resolve the situation such as taking my name and number or having another store make it. I ended up having to pay again for the same order at the correct location off pioneers.

The manager at the pioneers location was absolutely phenomenal. She explained the issue with online ordering, apologized for what happened and also said that this is a known issue. The food at our usual location (pioneers) was amazing, the manager was awesome and even included a couple coupons (which she didn’t have to). Every time we come here, our burgers are PINK. The food is good otherwise. Culver's is the only burger restaurant where it's pink in the middle towards the last bite. The staff there are young teens who flirt with one another and pay less attention to the customers in the lobby waiting for their food. We noticed a family of four sitting at a table when we walked in. My wife and I both ordered two separate orders. She got her food before the family of four did. While they were still waiting, a male staff member was talking to a female staff member who seemed to be in her break in the lobby. He was making comments like "Come on girl. You be looking so good. You and me, were meant to be." My eyes rolled to the back of my head so hard I nearly wanted to slap that boy stupid. Anyway I returned to my table after filling up for a drink. A few minutes later I walked to the counter to ask if my order was ready. The girl who was on break politely handed me my order. I sat down and then the family received their order. Which were like three kids meals and a basket. I'll probably return, but come on...

I got their chicken strips and concrete mixer. First of all I have been eating here for years and years and never once was I disappointed in the quality, taste or portions. The chicken strips are huge! I always get 4 and only eat 2 because they make great leftovers. Absolutely NO GRISTLE in the chicken strips. Their cheese sauce is everything and then some. Their mixers are delicious. I love that you can customize it to what you want. I had a mini mixer with vanilla, Snickers, marshmallows and caramel and my goodness, I feel like I knew what heaven was. I'm not the biggest fan of ice cream, but trust!!! Every time I go there now, I will be getting one. I can confidentiality say, you will find something for just yourself or your whole family that you will love! They never skimp on quality. Their food is constantly fresh.
