Rudest staff ive ever experienced at a hotel. My sisters friend paid for our room for one night. The sister was across the country and we were going to her. They refused to let us stay and said we needed the method of payment even though we had the confirmation number. They never mentioned this while reserved the room initially. They then insinuated that we stole the card and proceeded to claim they couldnt accept the confirmation for our own safety. They then asked if we had cash for the room instead (keep in mind room was apready paid for) which seemed very shady. They then laughed and acted like we were dumb for not having cash. (We did but didnt trust this) we are all young females and they seemed very shady amd it felt like they were trying to scam us. They kept asking for a different credit card for payment and never mentiones giving the original patment a refund. The sister called the staff and the man at the front desk gave the call to the manager. After talking to her he rudely told us that they were cancelling and refunding the original payment and we left. We have alternate payment but after the treatment we decided to not...
Read moreGot in last night (this morning) at ~2:30am. Extremely nice man greeted us and made the check in process fast and easy. I have 2 dogs and he showed me exactly where they can do their business and my room was conveniently located near the elevator for easy access. The room was clean and everything we needed. Fridge. Microwave. Comfy bed. Plenty of room. Not only that, but they understood that we got in late and were ok with us having a later checkout. This morning I asked if 1pm was ok, and they said sure...no problem. Currently here at 1:15pm running a tad late, and they have been SO accommodating. About to head out but I didn’t feel right leaving before writing a review. Great value. Great people. Great location. We will be back anytime we visit or are just driving through.
ONLY negative: didn’t see a dog relief station with bags. I know it’s not their job for people to be responsible for their own pets, but I noticed a decent amount of poop. Even a small station with some bags goes a long way for people actually...
Read moreLocation seems sketchy. Feels a tad unsafe. However, there is a convenient market next door and local grubs nearby. We checked into a room that was not properly cleaned, with a pillow case draped on one of the queen beds without a pillow in it. We requested to move and was given a room 2 doors away. The bathroom was not cleaned up to hotel standards (see pics). There was hair in the tub, the shower head was gross, and sink was nasty and drippy. The carpeting throughout this property is so dingy and disgusting, actually looks worst than a casino. I wore sandals in the room and bathroom. The elevators reeked of smoke and musky smells. On the upside, there are plenty of choices for breakfast, including waffle, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, yogurts, sweet pastries. Although no bacon, sausage, eggs or potatoes. The Wi-Fi was good. The service people were friendly enough. There are decent size grass areas for our ESA dog to do his business. Overall, it’s not worth $97 a night, maybe more like a $60 for...
