The cashier was a very rude and the food wasn’t fresh at all. There was no crispiness to the chicken what so ever. The breading slide right off the chicken and was almost slimy. The fries were cold and soft but at least the hush puppies were hot, fresh, and crispy. I miss the old locations where they were just a Long John Silvers. The menu was better because you had more option to choose from and the food was hot and fresh. There combo meals are over priced and you get way less food then you used to. If you’re going for KFC you might get a better meal, but the Long John Silver side wasn’t what you would expect for a fast...

The fish is excellent. Large pieces and crunchy light crust.Golden..Hush puppies so tasty..Very clean and friendly employees. Ordered combo meal with $2 off coupon, still came to over $10 but fish very greasy, fries hard & cold, shrimp not bad but not warm, hush puppies soft but not fresh either. I had to peel breading off mid-meal as grease was making me sick. The fish itself was ok but not great. Called manager later after stomach stopped hurting, he remembered me and was nice but didn’t offer to reimburse or even get discount next visit, which is not why I called, but it should be standard practice, esp for regular customers like me.
