Let me start by saying I normally love long john silvers. The way I was treated yesterday at the 10th st location may keep me from eating it ever again. Lady at the drive thru was so rude from the very start. I ordered shrimp tacos and asked for Baja when I got a cut off and told, "thats how they come." I said well there's 3 flavors. She asked if I wanted one of each so I just said sure to keep from arguing. Got to the window and she was rude again. Told me to pull to the blue signs to wait for my food. I pull just shy of the blue signs right by the exit door so she wouldn't have to walk far. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE!! She came out the door yelling at me to move by the blue signs. I went around to get a refund at this point. I was REFUSED a refund because I didn't have the receipt. I kept telling her the receipt was in the bag that was in her hand. Still refused. Told her just give me the bag then. I was told to never come back to "her store." Doesn't look like anyone goes to "her store." As I watched the exchange, I noticed that the dasher asked if there was a receipt for the order. The manager made no attempt to produce a receipt. Then before the dasher left, the manager asked him to confirm that the order was picked up before he left the store. I simply explained to the dasher that since they made him do all of those steps because they didn't trust him and couldn't produce a receipt, he should open the bag to confirm that everything in the order was in the bag and matched it against what was on his phone. Read moreI went into the S location around 2:30 pm. When I parked there was no car at the order box, but when I walked in there was a car at the window. The cook was coating fish and chicken with breading and dropping it in the fry basket w/o any gloves on. The employee at the window was leaning on/lounging at the window and talking to the male in the car. I know that they were not talking about food/an order. The guy had to tell her that I was at the counter. Nobody had greeted me until the guy the girl was talking to asked the cook to get the counter.
