McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Lincoln

I decided to venture into this establishment a week ago with not much expectations as I was unfamiliar with the franchise. Upon entry I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. My first impression of the place was superlative due to its affable customer service. This was conveyed to us by a young girl who was congenial yet professional. As a new customer with no experience she helped me narrow my choices down with her suggestions. Through her advice I ordered the ultimate nacho shareable, the spud max and a few of the sandwiches. I told her the type of sandwich my kids prefer from other stores and based on that she suggested I get the sweet chipotle chicken for them. Her suggestion paid off and my kids loved their food. My wife was also very impressed with her order and said the Lemonade was top notch. As my family was entering our vehicle and ready to exit the premises I witnessed the same girl who helped my family with my order run outside towards my car. She had brought my wife’s wallet that she had unknowingly misplaced within the store. This good hearted action illustrates the nature of the employee of this store and restored my faith in the kindness of the people in this world. I tried to reward her for honest with monetary compensation but she refused profusely. She stated “I did not do this for a reward” with a smile. I asked her for her name due to her gracious character and she told me it was Rugoya. Overall I had a quality experience with good food and outstanding customer service by that employee. Definitely a place to visit...

The very nice woman that helped us (Candice) again very nice ,very pretty, great smile extremely hospitable & helpful to boot... If you are with the Lincoln McAlister's deli you should tell Candace to very helpful and great employee that you have that Bob and Amy left this review of her she'll remember us we had a great time a very memorable time we will never forget it it was awesome... Thank you Candice... P.s. To you Candice... Amy and I (Bob) had a great time there... Your customer service skills were above par & we appreciate that to the most highest standards because we are selves are in customer service... And if there were to be two critics of customer service there would be Amy and myself... Some people think that they have to achieve to a higher standard standard and I believe that Candice(we never caught her last name... This girl pointed out to me myself... That there was an actual deal for the items that I was about to purchase and I can get them at a discounted price... We really like this kind of service... Sorry to write a book... But this girl went out of her way and helped us out and was very courteous to us and the other customers that we seen her deal with you know she was great... So if you could come in her and tell her that Bob and Amy (she's got to remember us it was only with in the last week) would like her to have some kind of recognition for...

I ordered from here to have food dropped off to my daughter as she waited for me to get off work, we are staying in the Hyatt Hotel - Haymarket. I didnt get to take photos of her order. But she enjoyed the grilled chicken salad and really loved the mac n cheese so when i got off work and back to the hotel, I ordered McAlisters again, for me😁😁 and got the Reuben which came with a side so I chose mac N cheese. I was so excited to try the mac n cheese that I didnt take a photo but it was good! The cup was barely half full tho which was disappointing. The Reuben was pretty loaded and super tasty. Their drinks are really big and it's nice to order for kids, I ordered a sugar cookie to go with my daughter's ordee. That made her happy. 😊 I asked for them to leave it at the door and knock since she was in the room alone, the uber eats driver did a wonderful job and the whole process was pretty quick. I believe their address is 610 Q Street, but i didnt see this option on google and my receipt attached to the bag just said mcalistersdeli.com. They have a diverse menu!
