My wife and I went here on our way to work. We stopped by to get something to eat to take to work. I thought that the orange felt a little empty, but it wasn't until we got there that I noticed how empty they were. Here is a picture of the small orange juice that was given to us through the drive thru. We visited this location the morning of 1/20/23. This is what happens when you get employees who don't like their job. What is the point of advertising a sausage and egg biscuit sandwich if y'all still decide to put cheese on it? It is obvious that there is a lot of retraining that needs to happen at this location. Today is the morning of 2/13/23. The next time I am going to ruin their speed of service time and double check my order before I drive off. And take my sweet time doing it. Today is 5/6/23, and it is very evident that there is some serious retraining needed at this location. I was handed my order of fries and then it was requested that I pull forward to wait for 2 hamburger patties. I ate a fry before I pulled forward, and then realized that they were cold. So I told the young lady that they were cold. She had the audacity to tell me that if I had wanted my fries to be hot, I needed to request them to be that way. McDonald's, as a company, has always had a good reputation of serving their food hot and fresh in a timely manner. I have come to notice that this location is more concerned with their speed of service time than they are with the quality of food they serve to their customers. The management, starting with the general manager, needs to be retrained before they start with the retraining of the crew. After all this and waiting, I did receive fresh fries, but still received cold hamburger patties. That's the sad part after all that and finally pulling forward to wait for fresh fries. At this location, you will receive terrible customer service and cold food. Today is 8/8/23, again with the wrong order. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Mcmuffun, but I get a sausage Mcgriddle sandwich. The sad part is that I was asked at the drive thru window if I had ordered this sandwich. I said no, that I had ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Mcmuffun. As you can see, I received a sausage Mcgriddle. Plus you can't get orange juice because they are remodeling the inside. As you can see, this happens often here. Plus when I tried to call them, their phone is disconnected. Today is 2/16/24, and we have been dining in instead of going through the drive thru. Our experience has been so much better the last few times we have been here. From the service to the quality of the food. I would recommend dining in, it such a much more better experience. Today is 4/2/25 and I just left McDonald's hoping to get some ice cream, plus I got my wife some lunch. Not surprisingly the ice cream machine was down. It seems to be down alot. I personally believe that they just say that it is down when they don't feel like serving ice cream for that particular day. Maybe this is something that area supervisor should look into. Read more11/19/23 It seemed like the only people working was the man taking orders at the first window and the cook when i arrived there was no other cars beside the one that arrived at the same time as me quick to take my order and was polite and the food was cold because when i got to the second window i was blatantly ignored by the manager and a female employee that were just leaning over the counter talking for about 5 minutes about a minute later i notced my food get done and sat at the warming station but the cook and when i was finally acknowledged the lady did not say a word just handed me my food and closed the window immediately she forgot my sauce, napkins and straw for my drink after i checked my bag and noticed they werent there i waved at the window for at lease another 2 minutes trying to get her attention and she looked at me three times shrugged twice then sighed the third time and finally opened the window just for me to ask for what should have already been in my bag and got mad when i said you know i can see you through the window right and she said so... that is the only word she said the entire interaction and the manager did not say a word i have never had this happen bofore anywhere absolutely horrible night crew excluding the gentleman who took my order and the cook of course when i left there was about 6 cars waiting in line after 3 left the morning crew is normally great this is my first time ever getting dinner here and the only reason i did was because of having a crazy day at work and didn't want to cook these two people need to be fired if it happened to me im certain it has happened before and if thats the case im amazed nobody else has...
Read moreThe manager at this store was VERY rude to me after THEY messed up our order. And she REFUSED to give me her name. I picked up a bunch of food to bring home on May 18th 2024 after 5:00. When I got home realized our double burgers were single burgers. I go back to get the food fixed, but left the HALF FILLED fries with my boyfriend because he was hungry. When I got to the drive thru the manager wanted the original burgers WE HAD TAKEN HOME and unwrapped. She took them into the store. This is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION and absolutely disgusting. Then I told her about the fries being half full. She said you can give those back and she would fix it and I told her I left them at home bc he was hungry, thinking what's it matter if I bring them or not, our fries were going to be cold anyway and since i had to go all the way back, why not just give me fresh fries out of courtesy for my inconvenience. She argued and said she couldn't replace them bc I didn't bring the original back. I then asked her who packed the fries and she admitted SHE, the manager, did so. I called her out and said "so you know they weren't full!". I asked her why she acts like this comes out of her pocket and she told me that it does in fact come out of her pocket. So she basically admitted to ripping customers off to help with food costs for the store. I've called the customer complaint line 3 times and left messages and no one calls back. So Google review it is. And we won't be going back to this location. (10th & Cornhusker, Lincoln, NE). NO manager should be yelling customers and if you make a mistake, swallow your pride...
