I had friends and a 3 year old in the back seat screaming. I pulled up and I heard someone ask if I was using the mobile app. I thought this was the employee. So I said Im not sure and just was ordering for my friends kid. I then said my whole happy meal order. At the end of my order I was interrupted with someone asking me if I would like to order food. I asked if they heard my whole order. They said no really rudely and that is when the horrible service started. She then said I was taking another order. I said ok I didt know that. I guess the first voice was an automated computer. So I read my whole order and there was a long pause. My wife asked if it was right on the screen. I had to pull up more to read the screen. While I was reading the screen, she preoceeded to read it off to me and the three year old started screaming so loud I couldnt hear. She proceeded to say looking at me IM NOT HAVING IT with the window open. I said your not having what? And she screamed at me and slammed the window shut. Then the manager said they refused my order because I was being rude. I had to drive another 30 min just to get my friends kid food. All I ordered was for the kid. It was not a very good one. They had beepers beeping the entire time we were there like everyone was outside or something. They were very slow and the crowd was not very good there. Young kids that were kind of shady and we honestly were afraid we were going to have problems when. We left. One person that brought his child in with him had zero control over the child he ran in and pushed my wife out of the way and climbed right up on our table while we were getting our food. The dad said nothing to him didn't tell him to get down or anything. Like we were just supposed to be ok with what ever his 5 year old did. The food was not good and cold even though we were the only ones that ordered in the place except for the father. It was later at night but the owner needs new staff for that shift. Cause there was not very good things going on there. And the bathrooms were horrible. It wasn't a dirty place and with the right help they would have been great I'm sure. We finally left because nobody would shut off the beeping equipment. All young workers and it is sad that young people do not take pride in their work like we used to 20 years ago. I feel bad for the owner of this store they really need some good help here. We were going to stay but left because it was making my wife...

I saw a sign posting their new hours (listed as starting June 9th lobby until 10, drive threw 12) and it’s May 20) after walking over from the hotel next-door. Online said they’re open until 1 and it was about 1145. Finding out that there lobby was closed I ran back to get the car and got in line at the drive-through. There was a car sitting there already when I ran back for my car, I pulled in right behind him and we sat there for about eight minutes while they ran out the clock. Their online hours say they’re open until one am. They may want to update their hours to when they stop serving versus how late they’re open if they’re not gonna take any orders for the last 15 minutes of a new schedule that according to their sign is not even active yet. I drove up to the drive-through to see another sign saying new hours starting June 9 and that they’re technically open until 1 AM as of right now and a woman look at the window and wave that she was close. I have no idea They closed early with no notice anywhere. As I’m writing this people are still driving up and waiting at the drive-through and occasionally they have turned the drive-through menu on and off and we’re all talking about how their hours are all messed up and they’re...
