Panera Bread — Restaurant in Lincoln

Ever since you guys moved locations from behind gateway Mall to across the street the quality has gone completely down. There isn't a single time that I have ordered where it's not screwed up. I should not have to drive through two times every time I order food because something was messed up in a major way. I usually don't even get what I ordered. Today once again I ordered and it was messed up. I went earlier this week and it was messed up. It doesn't matter when I go my order is messed up. I'm handed the wrong drink the wrong sandwich they don't heat it up whatever it is. Leave off ingredients. A lot of them are teenagers that just stand around while the restaurant is dirty. I have gone inside to order and drive through and no matter what the order is messed up. Whoever I'm with their order is messed up as well. Somebody needs to come in and show some work ethic and clean house and get back the people that used to know what they are doing. I never have this problem at the downtown location. Corporate needs to take notice. Also if you order a coffee drink they don't know what it is and hand you a different random coffee drink. It's not just the food it's the drinks that are messed up also. The quality is horrible not only will you get the wrong drink but whatever drink you get will usually just be a whole cup of milk with no coffee in it. earlier this week I ordered it to go walked in and grabbed it got to my car the sandwich was missing ingredients it was smashed and I walked back in and there are four teenagers just standing around laughing while the restaurant was in shambles. This has been going on since you opened this location. Get rid of your staff or have corporate come in and order drinks and food and see if they like what comes out. I guarantee you everyone will either be retrained or fired. It's terrible! The downtown location is awesome! It's almost like two different...

I love Panera Bread; it’s usually one of my favorite spots to eat. But this branch is really terrible! I used to go there during my lunch hour since it’s close to my work, but I won’t anymore. Last time I went I ordered a Mediterranean veggie and a latte. It took more than 20 minutes to make the sandwich. Then I had to remind them of the latte for them to make it. I took my order and when I opened the bag, the sandwich was simply wrapped in paper with with no box, and it had fallen apart before I opened. I opened the wrapper to find a mix of veggies and crumbling bread. Also it smelled terrible. I went back and told them the sandwich was bad and I would like to order a new one, and they said okay and made me pay for a new order. Which also took 10 minutes. I stopped going after that for a month or so but decided to give it another chance today. First thing I noticed coming in that the place was dirty! Anyways I ordered my usual Thai salad and chipotle melt sandwich. Sandwich was fine, but when I started eating the salad I noticed it had bacon in it. I don’t eat pork and the order should NOT have bacon in the first place! Anyways I told them and they were nice enough to give me a new one. But still their kindness this time didn’t make up for the state of the place. Panera management should really look into bringing this...

Placed a drive thru pick up order before 8pm. Showed up at the drive thru around 8:15pm sat in the drive thru for 20 mins finally make it to the window and they keep asking me what I ordered I told the same person twice and another person twice. They still couldn’t find it had to tell another person what my order was sat for another 6+ mins for my food. Got home with my food and was sitting down to eat and found they made the wrong sandwich. Soup was fine thankfully so I could feed my kids. Wasn’t able to make it back to my house before 9 so can’t call until tomorrow morning when they open again. Service was bad due to what I’m assuming were the managers were rude and overwhelmed the poor girl in the drive thru to the point they had her in tears by the time I got my food. I get it’s stressful when you’re busy and stuff happens but it shouldn’t get to the point that you’re making the kids that work for you cry. Really unhappy with my experience tonight. Also I do want my sandwich remade because I don’t like it cold and ordered it hot...
