QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Lincoln

QDOBA is a burrito place where you can customize your burrito with the many different toppings they have. They are known (at least by me) for their excellent queso and I view them as the best "make your own" burrito place in Lincoln, despite them being a national chain. The queso is not an afterthought at QDOBA, which you can tell because it is nice and thick. They give you the right amount of each of your ingredients, not being stingy on anything. They usually have a rotating seasonal menu item that brings a fun offering to try when returning. (Pro tip if you like queso: ask for a "Smothered burrito" when they ask you for what type of burrito you want. They will then put queso inside your burrito and smother it on the outside with queso.) We placed an order for pick up and it was completely messed up. They didn’t put guacamole on anything. One of the kids tacos was missing guacamole so was only hamburger, they gave us chips no quac to dip and they added a ton of tomatoes and onions to something that wasn’t suppose to have them. Mistakes happen but when we called the store to let them know the manager tried telling us that it wasn’t ordered like we wanted even though our receipt they gave us was correct and we ordered online so it was ordered correct.
