Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Lincoln

I would give 0 stars if I could. Tonight friends and I were out to eat and willl NEVER be back. Our servers name was Montana and as we are seated at the table the table next to us said good luck we've been ignored the whole time. Waited 10 minutes at our table then had to get up and ask someone to serve us drinks. We were finally brought drink which also took 10 minutes. We were one of the only tables in the whole restraumts so it's not like they were busy. After ordering it took a long time to get our food and our waitress was rude the entire time. Come time to pay we had to get up again and ask for our bill after sitting there for probably 20 minutes after eating. We then ask to speak to a manager and the manager was polite and made adjustments to our bill to compensate for bad service. We then receive our bills and they were split up incorrectly so again, we had to get up and ask for our server to split them correctly. Montana brought us the bill back and certain things that were discounted before were not anymore so we asked about it. The waitress then rudely said "we don't discount soup and salad" and we asked to speak to the manager again, and she got it corrected and apologized that when our waitress re split the bill things got messed up. One of the people with us paid with cash and was not given her change so we asked for the change back and our waitress dropped it in her hand rolled her eyes and walked away. Then from behind a counter across the room a male shouted "you guys don't need to be so rude" as he was standing by our waitress. We were not rude at all through the entire time we recieved such poor service and how unprofessional to shout that across a restraunt to customers. The rest of the staff was great except the waiter and waitress we were dealing with. And as we are walking out to our cars through the window the male opens up the blind AND FLIPPED US OFF. We were seated quickly for a Saturday evening. Our server (i wish i vould remember his name) was not patient, didnt listen well and interupted /made assumptions. We had to call him back to our table after he took our drink orders to inform him his assumption was wrong and that we did want appetizers. The 2 hot appetizers were great. The salad was terrible. Wilted, old lettuce. Some of it brown. Once we placed our orders it took a very long time to get our food. When our food was brought to us, 3 of the four dishes were mildly warm. Only my sons pizza was fresh/hot. My steak was barely the size of a deck of cards and hardly warm by the time it was brought to me. My husbands ravioli was barely warm and my daughters food was the same. Ask to speak to a manager who was polite and offered to refire our food and I said no. I just wanted it discounted as we had already waited almost an hour to recieve it. I did eat a bit of my steak, and it was good. However.... we no sooner get to the parking lot and my son is feeling quite sick to his stomach. We drive the 20 minutes home and My husband is feeling sick... he runs to the bathroom... my daughter informs me she isnt well. My family was sick all night taking turns running to the bathroom! None of tgem were hungry or felt well until well into the next day. This restaurant made my family sick. We will not eat there again and we have always loved...

Sunday 8/19/18 at 3pm I went to the bar and ordered my food within five minutes and explained to the bartender that I was starving and she said it shouldn't be long so I ordered the by one get one free special. A 1/2 hour later they finally brought out my food. The person that brought it out said it wasn't a half an hour so I don't know if the bartender didn't put in the order right away and instead took her time or the food delivery person is lying but I put my bet on the bartender because she was closing up and couldn't be bothered about the people in the bar area. I delivered someone's drink to them at the table at the bar because the bartender didn't for example. I also noticed that there was an additional charge on my bill for $3.50 which I asked why and they said for the lasagna but I only ordered one lasagna, annoyed and hungry I left to only come home and find out that they gave me two lasagnas when they were supposed to only give one and one alfredo pasta dish! While I was there another person came up from their table asking if there were any servers today, meaning she must have been waiting a long time as well!!! In closing I paid more than I should have, waited 1/2 an hour, and got the wrong meal! You guys gotta straighten out your act! The service was terrible and...
