Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Lincoln

Krispy Kreme is Krispy Kreme.

But I have came here 3 times in the last 24 hours. Simply trying to get some Halloween Donuts. Everyone was rude except for the nice lady I met yesterday. But August and Christina were both very rude and unprofessional. Imagine being a GM and being rude to a person at 6:15 in the morning about donuts..

I explained I had came multiple times and wanted to know if they would be out for the whole day… and if they were making a more an idea of when they would be ready because I would be back.

She gets on the mic cuts me off and tells me, ‘They had a busy night, and unfortunately there is nothing they can do and they sold out last night’ with a very condescending and rude tone.

I said, ‘Ma’am there is no need to be rude I was just trying to see if you guys were making more or out for the day.’

Christina pretty much says again, ‘You were complaining about the donuts, as I was saying again I am working on making more - I wasn’t being rude and if you took it like that. Ok.’

Just imagine choosing to work at a job where you are rude to people about donuts is crazy, there is literally no reason to be rude to me about a question especially when I’m showing you respect. You are the same kind of person who talks to customers like trash and when you meet someone that returns the energy you play victim.

This is not my first rodeo with these donuts and you honestly just made a sweet little gesture I like to do with my children kind of miserable.. I’m assuming like you are walking around in a donut shop mad at the world, at 6 in the morning!

I’m not sure who is in the photo because when I got to the window they walked away, as they do EVERYTIME they are rude! i hope you have the day you deserve Christina 🫢

EDIT: They charged me for my online order for these donuts and I had to call this morning and the lady is in back talking about, ‘Why didn’t I call Saturday?’

Whyyyyyy do I need to call for an order you told me you didn’t have at 6 am.

Then put my reason for refund that I didn’t want them lol throw this Krispy Kreme and...

I must have gone on an "off" day b/c my experience this morning was awful. This was my first visit to the new store. I had heard nothing but good things about it so I figured it had to be good. My son and I went in to get some doughnuts around 10:30. When he got a glance at the selection in the glass case, he turns to me and says, "Dunkin Donuts has a better selection, can we go there?" I should've listened to him. That's when I started to look around and notice the place was a mess. Every single table (not being used) was a mess. They were so dirty that we actually ate our doughnuts in my car because it was cleaner there than at one of those tables. Trash and crumbs all over the floor too. This seemed really odd to me b/c there was at least 10 people behind the counter working. It's hard to believe that not one of those people could take 2 minutes and wipe down tables or sweep the floor. The women who got our doughnuts had a scowl on her face and acted like today was the worst day of her life. When she rang up my order she mumbled so much that I had to ask her twice to repeat her question. My son's chocolate doughnut literally crumbled in his hand when he took it out of the box. It was unbelievably dry. My glazed, lemon filled doughnut was really doughy and almost seemed like it hadn't been cooked/fried right. The dough near the middle, around the filling was raw/sticky. Like I said, maybe today was just an 'off" day b/c all the other reviews seem very positive, but I for one won't...

What can you say about Krispy Kreme?Other than horrible product , horrible price. The donuts keep getting smaller and the price keeps getting larger. And the quality well let's talk about that. I ordered 2 chocolate iced custard. Filled donuts and when I received them. They were not only undercooked and doughy in the middle, but there was no filling in it. And the outside of the doughnut was hard and crusty like it had been sitting in the display case for a month. The glazed donut was nasty too!!! I do not know how they can possibly pump so much air into donut, which was also undercooked. You could have easily squished that donut down into the size of a marble. And it too is half the size of what they use to be. After swearing off Krispy Kreme donuts.I thought I'll try one more time.I was in a different city and a different store and I thought well maybe. Bad decision!!! Save your money, don't go to Krispy. Kreme donut, it's obviously standard across all their stores to try to cheat customers as much as possible. Awesome. It is so sickening sweet inside of the store that if d* near makes your eyes water. All over horrible experience, stay away from Krispy. Kreme, that's my openguin.
