Very helpful, and highly knowledgeable. Always ready to help work with you and whatever your individual needs are. Personally I was shocked at how Cadien (sorry if I misspelled) helped accommodate me at every turn. Even financing for me and haggled a bit to allow even more of a loan! This was a huge help for me. Being a disabled veteran from OEF/OND I have huge issues with sleep and also pain for a verity of reasons. He made sure I checked and assessed specific positions for pain ( as i gave him an extensive background regarding types of activities I did as a child/adult and injuries I've had that would then help inform him to a more specific group of options regarding beds, bases, and pillows in my case lol) and comfort with each bed and base, to help narrow down what he KNOWS to be the best options available. He helps with pricing, give him a range and he'll help you stay within it. That's another key point, why I'll suggest him for everyone. For every injury or issue you're having, ( sleep and bed wise 😂) he will have at least 3 different beds to try, with or without a special base, a large variety in price range as well. Then he'd continue to narrow down from there to figure out how he can help the most, this is something he does with great proficiency.( on a personal note ill always suggest my friends and family to see him ( Cadian ) and this family owned business, Mattress Firm ( we should all support small businesses but this one is legit), as well as going back my self in the future, glad i met the man. If you or someone you know/love experience constant back pain, has sleep-apnea or simply needs a new bed i suggest Mattress Firm ( which is something ive never done before. This is a first!). Cade is a family mam, good guy and genuinely very helpful.

I recently purchased some Tempur-Pedic pillows, assuming they would be a worthwhile investment given their reputation and price point. Unfortunately, I was wrong. After just two nights, I realized they were far too soft and provided little to no support for my head. I was under the impression that, like their mattresses, the pillows would come with a trial period. After all, they’re made from similar materials. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that 'accessories'—including these $600 pillows—are non-refundable.

It’s baffling that Tempur-Pedic offers a trial period for mattresses, which see far more wear, but not for pillows. How are customers supposed to truly determine the right pillow without sleeping on it? Feeling it in the store clearly isn’t enough.

When I reached out to Mattress Firm for a solution, they offered me some free pillows as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, it does little to address the fact that I’m now stuck with pillows I can’t use and a hefty bill.

This experience has left me feeling like Tempur-Pedic prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Let my experience serve as a cautionary tale—research thoroughly and don’t rely on salespeople alone. I wish I had known how inflexible their policies are before making this expensive mistake.

As a quick update after doing some research, there are many other companies that sell the same brands with 30 day full return policies (such that there no significant damage to the product). I really should have considered Amazon or Nebraska Furniture Mart prior to going with...

Kade was great to work with! Most people when you go mattress shopping they are so nervous and afraid of the sales person! Most customers start off with “Just Looking!” I said I wanted a mattress! :-) He nicely started in with the pertinent questions and led me to the mattresses I should be looking at. As I looked, shopped and debated on what mattress I wanted - he was not high pressure or nosy. He kept checking in with me as I was looking, while he was also waiting on other customers. Very friendly and helpful! Then when I was debating he worked through pricing and options - got me the good frame at a good discount and mattress upgrade from what I was looking at. helped with getting me financing and set up delivery!!! I would go back there again to buy a mattress or even recommend it to others. I also shopped there as it was closer to me than driving to big furniture store in Omaha - I paid the same price as I would if I purchased off discount on-line location. Plus I got delivery...
