8/30/24 I waited 24 minutes in line. You guys are so unprepared. I cannot believe you guys have 4.4 stars. If I could give you a negative I would. I don’t know why the heck I go back. You’re lucky my kids wanted raising Cane so damn bad. I will remember to go to the north side locations next time. You guys got a lot of work to do. Most of those reviews got to be fake. 4/24/22 Your website states that you’re open till 11:30 PM on your South 58th location in Lincoln Nebraska. Came here, looks like you guys close at 10 PM. Please update your hours.

9/14/22 Gave it a two stars before, just went in they’re in tonight and had the same issue. Now I’m gonna have to give it a one star. Unbelievable, how hard is it to update your hours? Right now the same South 58th location says it closes at 10 PM. I went there a little after 930 and got told that you guys close at 9:00 PM. Nobody has time to come to your physical location just to find out that you’re closed when it says that you’re open on...

Went through the drive thru this evening and was highly disappointed to hear the manager literally screaming at her employees. Could hear her all the way through the drive through window; my kids even asked what was wrong. The food was good and every other employee we interacted with were great, but I feel awful for the employees at the drive thru window. Also it was far from a “busy” day for canes (at least the time came), so I can’t understand why she felt she needed to scream at them. She was yelling about 3.5 minutes… doesn’t seem that long considering the lines canes has other days..

Any employees reading this that were working tonight, thank you for being polite, courteous, and accurate in our order. You don’t deserve to get yelled at like that, no matter if you are making a mistake. I hope this was a bad night and this doesn’t...

This trip wasn't the best, food was great, but it was definitely a night where current employees decided to come in to eat on their day off. And you could tell, staff didn't care much about the other customers floating around as they were too busy congregating with off the clock employees back in food prep/cooking areas. Watched the same employee start to gather up my order and then stop repeatedly because a friend/employee order popped up. Watched very little interaction between employees and customers, as they were too busy chatting up those friends behind the customers the cashiers were taking orders from

Keep up the good food, but definitely work on work/customer relations. They're the ones you need to keep...
