I took my watch in for repairs, the tech informs me that it will take 2 hours to open it up because you have to remove the face of the watch. I showed him that the watch can be accessed from the back, it has screws. Then he said most likely it is the battery, I let him know the battery had been replaced, he thought maybe the battery was not correct one. I went back after 2 days and he thought the issue is the screen and not the battery because it was holding a charge. I asked him to just close it up because he was not confident that the screen would fix the issue. He proceeded to charge me $40.00 and I asked him that it is not posted any where in the store his diagnostic fees. I went to pay the fees and he charged my card $42.90 and I asked him why he was charging me tax for his labor charges. He stated that there is tax on labor charges. Read moreEDIT: The owner of this business called me four times from the number listed on the door of his business, and called me once from a different number which I answered only to ask me to take down my review. He gave reasons as to why he is unable to keep his business hours. If you are having family issues, or difficulty staffing your business because another employee is out of town, consider adjusting hours by leaving a sign on your door. Please stop calling me, it is bordering harassment. I have blocked your numbers. After we spoke on the phone, I ended the call abruptly, he still tried to contact me.

Waited around outside for a bit and even went to the gym, and still they were not open. If it's by appointment only then please update that online and at your door. Otherwise, please adhere to your hours of operation as listed online and...
Read moreThis Is the Best Repair store I’ve been to , I have had 4 things done including I ran my I phone over with Ford 150 truck and it would not even light up and 2 hours later for a cost of $214.49 my phone was perfect with a brand new screen also the friendly owner is Mabeen does all the work on the spot himself ( most places send out for two days ) . He had my phone for two hours max for the run over incident and one hour for the 1st screen replacement and 1 hour for the charging port replacement. He does not ask for personal passcodes as he doesn’t need them for 95% of all repairs . So my phone remained locked the entire time during repairs and that was comforting. It’s really nice to have a repair shop in Lincoln it’s next to the Wells Fargo bank and Casa Ramos I definitely recommend Him...
