I did not have a good experience at this salon. I asked for French pedicure and they had to redo it 3 times. Mind you, I do not get pedicures often and do not have high expectations but this experience was ridiculous. The first attempt was a mess, I had white nail polish all over my skin and the lines were uneven. The technician then tried to "fix it" and applied white polish on top of the existing polish...lumpy white polish does not look good. She continued to rush and applied the clear coat too soon and everything started to bleed together so it no longer was a French tip. She finally listened and redid two of the toes. End result was slightly better than the first attempt but was still sloppy. I am so disappointed with my experience because not only was the job done poorly but the customer service was terrible. I called today to see if I could receive a refund because my paint has already smeared and chipped. The woman that I spoke with, said they didn't do refunds. When I asked why and told her my experience and problem she proceeded to tell me that they would do it this one time but had to talk to her manager. She came back and offered to give me half of what I spent. I told her that didn't seem right and that I would like the full refund like she had originally said. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me that she didn't care if I liked the job that her technician did and it didn't matter if my pedicure was a mess. I hung up, as $40 is not really worth being spoken to the way she spoke to me. I do not recommend spending your money at this location. Lesson learned and will never...

I'm allergic to traditional gel, acrylic, and other related nail products so I was really excited to find an organic nail salon here in town. I had a really good experience and the lady who did my nails was really sweet. However, just a few hours after getting my nails done I started having an allergic reaction to the nails. I chose the luxury organic manicure and made sure to only do the polish that was the organic one. Unfortunately something used still caused a reaction. I will more than likely have to remove the polish, which is such a shame because I spent so much money on them. I really wanted to be able to come back to get my nails done again but I don't think I will be able to because of the reaction that happened. If you're thinking about coming and have allergies to nail products usually Id probably just steer clear, but if you don't have any reaction or allergies I would 100% recommend this place because the experience is great, just didn't...

Love having a nearly chemical FREE option for my "paws n claws!"

The essential oils & fresh flowers, citrus and ginger was invigorating. Their massage chairs are the best & have the easiest to understand remote control. The deluxe pedicure, warm shoulder wrap, Himalayan salt scrub, paraffin wrap, calf & foot massage was just what I needed! I love the raspberry ice gel polish that has NO formaldehyde, No BHA & several other great "no's" which made me very happy because all this smoke from the wild fires, (everywhere 😪) has my lungs struggling; I could NOT have been inside a nail salon that reeked of acetone & noxious chemicals. Having this FAR BETTER OPTION is just incredible. My allergies & lungs give me a world of "No" but this was an excellent, relaxing YES that left me feeling pretty damned good. 🤗 💅
