Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lincoln

I came at this Taco Bell on 10/29/17 at 11:55pm the guy on the speaker took a couple of minutes to come to the speaker then when he did he told me he couldn’t take my order and i said why he said they closed so I asked what time do you guys close he said 12 so i looked at my clotckbin the car and he told him it wasn’t 12 its was 11:55 pm and just to mention it was truck in front of me but tonget back the story he said the manager said he couldn’t take my order so I’m waiting behind the trucks he give the driver his order but he’s sitting there talking to him laughing and basicaly just talking when he could of took my older so I pull to the window and I try to ask the girl that came to the window where can I I get some food from near by but she’s being rude but I didn’t want to complain so I say can you give me your store adress so I can give you guys a review but she’s says no so I aske her her name she’s say she don’t have to give it To me and walk away and I’m not being rude so she go gets the guy that’s was working the window soon as he comes he starts being rude like I’m trying to start a problem and like he’s trying to intemendate me but I tell him I’m not trying to start a issue I just want the girl name because she didn’t even open the window and says I don’t have to give you my name or her name them she comes to the window and then she joins Him at the window and they both took off they’re name tag bcecauae she had it on when I was talking to her at the window while the window was closed so he continues being rude and she’s butting in being rude as well why he’s talking so I said Can I talk to your manager and i ask the girl was she manager and she say no and they tell me the manager doesn’t have to talk to me but I requested to speak to the night shift manager and they say well are manager said you can have a free drink and just make things clear when they said this they are both still standing at the window and have on no head set so no manger told tell them that so I I say no I would not like a drink sir why would I take a drink if you told me you can’t serve me .... and he’s still being rude and I’m telling him I’m trying to be respectful and all I was trying to ask is where Can I get some food near by and that It then I just wanted the the store adress , then it went to the girl name , or the manger name but he just kept trying to be intemidaiting like I was trying to start a problem but i wasn’t and they never gave me none of the information I...

Y'all. This Taco Bell is the best, listen what they did for me yesterday. So I drive a ginormous dually truck that wouldn't fit comfortably through the drive thru, so I parked and tried to go in, but the lobby was closed, probably because of the virus. So I called the store to see if there was any way I could please meet them at the door with my card and order since the truck wouldn't fit. They were covered up with people but still managed to answer the phone on the 2nd ring. I explained that I'm very pregnant, having an intense bean burrito craving, and would they please please consider doing this. Do you know that Dylan was exceptionally nice to me and not only agreed to meet me at the door but to also bring my order when it was ready, not to mention his very professional and warm demeanor. Then when the order was brought out by Paige, literally minutes later despite the line, she was amazing also!! These people are super wonderful here and went above and beyond the requirements of their job and I really appreciate it and hope they can be acknowledged and rewarded somehow. It's not just about the food when you dine somewhere, it's about the people and service and it doesn't get better than what these 2 provided last night. Thank you, ...

I have been going to this Taco Bell everyday for over 2 months now and it seems like they can't ever get my order right especially on a Saturday. Today I ordered a Mexican pizza and it was not cut the day before that a Mexican pizza with sour cream and no sour cream along with a crunchy taco supreme which had no sour cream or the soda will be diet but usually it's the food order that's wrong every single time and then if I take it back if I have time because it's just so incorrect of an order on my lunch break when I go through to take it back if I don't check it before I leave the driveway you can best believe the second time is messed up as well. I'm not exactly sure why I cannot get good service or good food from this location I guess I need to just stop trying because I've gave multiple chances. And I'm the one that ends up wasting my time and my money. Taco Bell is my favorite place however this location...
