Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

My wife and I are heavy consumers of coffee and have been at some point or another to every single Scooter's location in Lincoln.

By and large they seem to be staffed by partially interested children. (Not a shot, just an observation, I was one myself once.)

Today I was assisted by "Jamal", and I have to say, he was the best Scooter's encounter I've had yet.

He got the sizes right. (Common Issue) He offered a Receipt. (Rarely happens.) He presented the hot drink with a stopper. (Never happened before, I always have to ask.)

Usually a great, convenient location for me but recent staff changes have really tanked this place. Whenever the short girl is working the line comes to an absolute crawl. 20 minutes for a latte and a drip coffee??? There were 12 cars in line behind us. Are you growing the coffee beans in there? Figure it out guys, if I am paying almost 30$ for an order at a drive through kiosk I shouldn't be waiting that long for some freaking coffee. Unable to call ahead to order a box of joe coffee. Constant busy signal when I called store on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning Was told to pull around the parking lot and they would bring coffee out momentarily. 20 minutes later I finally got my coffee .
