Snow Rush — Restaurant in Lincoln

I’m really not sure what was wrong with the snow cone I got. I am pregnant and had been craving a snow cone and this place seemed perfect. The flavor was immediately off tasting and there was so much of it the cup was completely liquid. I immediately threw it in the trash next door before leaving. The person working was super kind but unfortunately the snow cone was inedible. I’m not sure if it had gone bad as those syrups do, but I won’t be back. The flavor also stained my hands, I even tried using alcohol swabs and it’s still stained. Couldn’t find what the brands of syrup were, but not good.

That’s really awful. I didn’t use my hands- that is how much syrup was used. I simply said I couldn’t find the name of syrups, I couldn’t. Do you have the bottles labeled? Do you have them dated? wow, just WOW

We were across the street buying books and the sun made his neon sign appear lit for business. We decided after buying books that we should go get a treat.

Sadly, upon arrival in the parking lot, we were informed he was not open for the season yet. Disappointed we went to leave, but he hollered at us to come get some anyway.

He didn't know, but my daughter is on the spectrum, and unexpected things like this can easily lead to meltdowns. We followed him inside and he was crackin jokes the whole time. My gf and I were dying, dude was very funny and hospitable.

He was very patient with my daughter as she ordered and I could tell she appreciated his kind nature.

The product was amazing. I got Power Ranger Punch, she got Blue Cotton Candy, my GF got a Popeye. All three of us were raving about the flavors as we drove away.

We will definitely be back when he is actually open for business, but I wanted to give dude a shoutout because he was a hero for...

So I called in an order at 7:20pm. I told the girl we was coming from airpark and my father is a handicapped veteran but we was on the way and she said they close at 8pm but would have our order. Smh I drive the 20 plus mins to go get my family a cool treat only to find they was closed up and a note stuck on the door! Smh gas is like $5 a gallon and we don’t care how good something is, if the customer service is bad…no item will ever be good. We got to this place at exactly 7:57pm and was so mad!
