Everything was awesome I had really great customer service until I had to check out and that was just a really long ordeal, it took about 10 minutes I think to check out but in the end I'm happy with all of my purchases and it was a fun experience.

Everything was awesome I had really great customer service until I had to check out and that was just a really long ordeal, it took about 10 minutes I think to check out but in the end I'm happy with all of my purchases and it was a fun experience.

Horrible horrible service. First of all we stood at the counter while the 2 employees socialized with one another for approximately 5 minutes not acting like they see us, finally once we do get helped we asked for broccoli and cheese soup BOWL and a philly sandwich. We get our food and its another kind of soup in a CUP. We go back up once again and inform them we got the wrong soup they said thats the soup of the day not broccoli and cheese. Now when we ordered the soup why wouldnt you tell us that???!!! Come on Starbucks. Lesson learned just order coffee here. Strongly disappointed in the...

I just went in there to get my dragon drink and the lady who took the ordered gave me mango dragon! I am sure dragon drink and mango dragon is a different recipe! When i saw my ordered was not right, she tried to proof the name of both of them is the same! She should educate herself more of her menu names so she doesn't make another mistake!
