Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Lincoln

Very Disappointed. My husband and I picked up food here after a long drive from out of state and we placed an order to take home acrosss town. We picked it up, paid the $35 and when we got home and opened our dishes, I was disappointed to see the pene Rosa was nearly completely dry, with no spinach and very little of the other veggies that come with it. It is apparent that the cook just used the dry spices and a splash of marinara. I paid for the order in store and after calling, could not be refunded the money for the dish. My home is across town so I do not plan to take the dish back (especially after just completing a 9 hour drive). I called the store to see if there was anything that could be done. The clerk on the phone was very kind but all he could do was potentially send me coupons for some better deals later. While I appreciate the gesture and know it was likely the best he could do given the situation, I think it’s wrong that the policy is simply to send customers in such circumstances coupons which would then require they spend more money at your establishment. I have pictures of the dish if anyone in higher management wishes to reach out to retain me as a future customer. I’d very much appreciate a response. I threw away the dish and at this time have no inclination to return back to this store...

My son and I went to Noodles and Company for lunch today, 6/13. I had never been but my son had. We both got the BBQ Pork Mac and Cheese, which is his favorite, and it was delivered quickly and was hot and quite delicious. The lady that brought out our food was friendly and thanked us for coming in. The guy that took our order was the opposite, which is the reason for the 3-star rating. He was not rude or mean, but when we came up to the counter he did not smile nor great us. He was straight faced and did not speak when we ordered. When I asked him a question about an item, he mumbled an answer and seemed very irritated when I asked him to repeat what he'd said. He asked if we wanted "drinks for the drinks" (at least that's what I think he said, he was very hard to understand) and then accidentally knocked some empty cups onto the floor, which he slammed down into the trash can. He did not repeat the order to make sure it was correct on his screen (luckily it was!) There was a little confusion about whether we had one meal combo or two, and when I apologized and said we had two meals and needed a second cup, he handed me one and gave me an...

My visit to this Noodles and Company was VERY unpleasant. My girlfriend and I arrived an hour before closing time, however our meals were prepared as if we had arrived 5 minutes by closing time.

The whole time our food was supposedly being made, the cooks and clerk were sitting at the countertop talking. When our food arrived I was very disappointed in what was served. My dish (the Truffle Mac n' Cheese) was missing an ingredient (the mushrooms and bread crumbs) and there was a random big crouton in it. Both of our dishes were still cold. The PRECOOKED noodles in my dish were dry (they had no sauce on them). The parmesan crusted chicken, that I had to pay extra for, was BURNT and had a very stale taste. And neither of our dishes' cheese was melted at all, in fact it was kind of crunchy. Then the pot stickers came and they were completely flat and had no taste to them at all, and they too were cold. The ONLY good thing that earned a star was the cookie we baught.
