I practically owe Luke a foot massage (if not) for how much effort he put into fixing my aging, overused, and abused iPhone.

If he can’t figure it out he’ll send you to Kirk at his thriving business Gear Up Electronics about a half mile away - who fixes electronics with a microscope. They help each other at no charge to the other’s customers.

My phone mysteriously started working as he was sending me to Gear Up, so Kirk just took it apart, cleaned it, repacked it, and put it on a charge.

Then it started acting up again maybe a good month or two later. When I took it back to Luke and told him the symptoms, he finally figured out that it was a most unusual problem he hadn’t had to repair in four years and fixed it.

Luke is a personable family man that seems to be genuinely blessed to love his job.

The rest of the CD Warehouse staff are consistently cool.

All of this was free to me as a Selectel customer.

Chad & his staff are the most wonderful people alive!! Never once have I been in his store and walked away disappointed or empty handed. He even arranges what you need over the phone so all you have to do is walk in, get what you need from the friendly people behind the counter and walk out.

Beyond being great business people, Chad and his staff are great community members. Chad is always sharing his "freebies" he gets from companies (concert tickets, lower prices, etc) and he passes every single discount he receives directly to his customers. He also is an active member in the music circles and helps to ensure that Lincoln, NE stays on the music map.

Until today, I had been a bit smug that I had never cracked my cell phone’s screen. Again, until today. Heart sinking, my abject despair at the prospect of having to replace my iPhone’s screen (a lot of $$$) was instantaneously replaced with joy (and immense relief) when Luke quickly discovered that it only needed the screen protector replaced, which he quickly accomplished. AND at a cost significantly less than a total screen replacement! YES!! Dana and Luke are always helpful with repairs and/or recommendations.
